Had a lovely stay location is amazing. Only negatives are front desk personnel uniformly unhelpful and mostly unpleasant and TV smaller than most computer monitors lol.

Hotel was located in a perfect location for travelers who know rome and want to experience local roman experience. Hitel has all amenities great staff great breakfast ac needs to be colder but american like cold ac bathroom spacious but shower flat floor so water runs out overall great four star hotel not to pricey nice rooftop bar.

This hotel is all about the location. The location is great. Everything else is okay but the check in staff were quite rude. The bell hops were really nice though. But I’d stay here again just for the location.

Staff was so accommodating and friendly! The bell hop even walked all the way to the car garage with me when I told him I couldn’t find it! They were fantastic!

The location and areas nearby are excellent! Everything we wanted to visit was close. Javier, one of the breakfast waiters gives the extra mile, is attentive, customer service oriented and always happy to assist. The staff at the front desk should receive customer service training. One of them was rude and impatient with us. The buffet breakfast was superb and their courtyard is beautiful. We would stay there again.
