The staff was so helpful in every way and made the stay so much better. Pillow very lumpy. Hot water just stopped in the shower. Air conditioner didn’t work. Short walk to Vatican

Love that it was your typical idea of a European Hotel and Room in a convenient location and safe area. I hated that it was your typical idea of an old hotel, TINY room , TINY 26"x26" shower size, poor water pressure and shower head, TINY old flatscreen TV with Terrible sound quality. Old flat pillows. If you are coming from the US, bring your own coffee, this hotel had no option for US cup of coffee in the morning. .

Our stayed in the Hotel Prati was very comfortable the reception guy is very nice and kind. Breakfast is always the same and coffeemaker is not working good. Rooms very small and noise for the people outside

Everything about Hotel Prati was excellent. Had slight issues with the ancient "push-button" toilet flushing, but functional (1929 old style) due to the age of the building. Had to fiddle to figure it out on how it works Room was clean (daily cleaning) and air conditioned and best of all, FREE daily breakfast (money saver). Hotel was a short walking distance to shopping, restaurants/cafes and a short walk to the metro train station (Ottaviano) and SIT shuttle bus pick-up. Hotel staff was very friendly, hospitable and accommodating. Requested extra pillows w/o issue. Would definitely come back again.

The view is breathtaking. The breakfast and the cappuccinos were terrific. I recommend staying here to anyone who will listen. If you are headed to Amalfi, either order a taxi—it's worth the cost—or get to the bus stop early and get in line. Ask the front desk for help with taxis.

Hotel Prati was a great location for our 3 days. Very close to the meeting point for a day tour of Tuscany and very close to the Vatican. The staff was very friendly and helpful!! We are at IL Sorpasso twice which is right around the corner, so super convenient but also incredible food!!

The property was great. I enjoyed the pleasant staff and the surroundings. However the rooms are very small but was fine for me since I was by myself . Easy breezy check and check out. I had a 5 hr wait until my plane departed but the allowed me to stay on their lobby for a few hours. The place is very small but convenient and affordable. Plus it’s close to lots of tourist attractions. ❤️

I like the hotel because of its proximity to places like the Vatican, shops, restaurants, and the Metro. What I did not like was the air conditioner did not turn on properly.

Friendly staff and a great breakfast with a good location. Had difficulty with the heat pump when we arrived and onky got it working on low setting so room was still quite hot! staff provided us with a fan luckily for our entire stay
