Sad for bipoc

Customer service would not check in early from flight, as a few rooms were already available. Once a hyt couple showed up and wanted to check in they immediately removed the wait. That showed that they do not make hyt people wait, because they would not check in until they felt the urgency to check in a group of hyt men and 1 woman. should not have to wait for hyt people to come in order to be checked in (and not have to wait two more hours). Sadly, as soon as they came they got immediate service and had to wait until they came since was there first. The WiFi is quite poor. Also, they hassled over $7 (fee per day) because went online and rebooked another day with them before leaving to Denmark. When checked out one of the women said it was unnecessary and it could’ve been paid during checked out. It just felt like they did not trust because my look. They definitely made it uncomfortable and gave a hard time for no good reason. If one is bipoc, don’t recommend book here.

The hotel appeared to have been designed after a ship, It is a very nice hotel! Great staff, very helpful. Clean rooms and a Bar which is a vacation plus plus. Good location between the airport and the city.

Stuff are nice and helpful. Can’t turn on AC and bathroom fan. Window can be opened but bugs. Worth the deal. Taxi convenient. Public transportation 4 minutes walk.

Beautiful hotel, stunning view, decent food and drinks. If you’re taking the train to the hotel from the airport order an uber or a taxi to the hotel. Sure the train station is a 20 minute walk from the hotel. However, it’s up 2 steep hills, and you have to cut through the nearby college.

Creepy, dirty, dusty and smelly place with less than pleasant staff members. Booked by mistake through Expedia usually I come to check the place before committing to it. Maybe it used to be nice hotel years years years and years ago. Now it’s pitiful to look at.
