Don’t go to this property paid for three rooms in advance also arranged for shuttle service to pick us up at the airport.Our flight got delayed and we missed our connecting flights I emailed the property to let them know what was happening they asked to forward the time we were getting in they advised us that the driver would be there with sign with my name.When we arrived at the airport we did not see no one waiting for us I contacted the hotel they advised us they would get in touch with the driver they sent me the drivers number i contacted him by phone and he said it would be 30-40.minutes before he could pick us up I told the to cancel and took another taxi to the hotel When we got there the guy at the front desk told us the cab driver was angry we wait for him.The clerk then proceeded to tell us he was not going to check us in until we paid 120.dollars to the cab guy which we refused to pay.We ended up having to go check into another hotel for days we we there we are working with Expedia to be refunded our money 😒😒😒

The only thing good about this hotel is its a 5 min walk from the termini station. This is a terrible hotel, it is more like a hostel level. Upon arriving trying to use the tiny elevator, the doors closed and it didn’t move, after it finally opened we were still in the same place. The clerk had to be reset. You can telll he wasn’t happy about it. There was no hot water, no breakfast/ restaurant,the beds are hard. This hotel also makes you leave your key at the front desk when you leave the hotel(they say it’s for your safety) I’ve NEvER had a hotel make you do that. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

The windows in the rooms were nice to let cool air in. The streets were occasional noisy but it was just because Rome is a very popular place. It was a very nice place to explore Rome and was good walking distance from the Fountain and the Colosseum.

This hotel is near the main train, bus station withing 3 min. Walk. A lot of dining, shopping, markets and is very vibrant and safe. But the hotel need sone upgrades. The bed is hard and they need to clean alittle better the rooms i found splashing on bed frame like soda or maybe coffe. Also the bathroom is very small.

The hotel is fine, had an issue opening the door to my room. You should know that if you go out, you need to leave your key room in reception, something that I kind of didn't like to be honest. The room and bathroom was small, not a lot of space to walk. The bathroom is shaped oddly, the shower door is right beside the sink, so its kind of awkward getting in and out. Beside that is fine. The terminal is really close, and is fine for when you need to be close to the terminal.

Bedbugs galore!

Room would normally rate 2-stars, but I was absolutely eaten by bedbugs. The staff did switch rooms after the 3rd night and refund a couple of nights we spent in the bug emporium, but I was just covered in bites. I managed to kill a few & show to the front desk so there’d be no argument about what was going on.

The room was small with a small shower, the aircon was noisy, and the hotel had no provision for breakfast. That said, there were plenty of places on the street to have breakfast and the staff were lovely and helpful. Overall it came across as tired and a bit small.
