We did not enjoy the check in process. Not only was my message from 19/9/25 never answered, the message from the host with instructions was never sent. The number didn’t answer to allow us in initially, and then we couldn’t see which place was to go in because everything was tapped off/under construction right outside the check in door. It looked inaccessible and added to the confusion. The room was nothing like the pictures and overall we were surprised by the differences. The tile in the shower was very pretty. I appreciated the luggage racks and blow dryer.

Less than basic housing, horribly overpriced, never imagined I would have to pay 370 Euro per night for such a basic dump. Very complex WhatsApp back and forth to check in after hours with remote "coaching", someone sleeping in my room, no chair, one has to sit on a small fridge, shower only fixable at height of a 10-year-old, amenities shared in the hallway in an open shelf (hairdryer, etc), youth hostel experience at best. How were they able to rig the rating?!! 8.7 REALLY?! I feel betrayed.

Property doesn’t have any staff, so I check in by phone. Area is very easy to navigate and across the street from St. Peter’s. Room was sufficient but nothing special. Our room was next to the road but it had pretty good windows so the traffic noise was minimal

Extraordinary location

The location is spectacular- a block from the Vatican and all the beautiful churches and museums. This property seems to be an apartment converted into multiple rooms so there is no reception area but once in the room it is comfortable. It was quiet and had everything you need.

The location was great. Should state that it is an apt in a building with rooms with onsuites with your own key. Was able to get in becuase cleaning lady was there to assist. It was clean good for a day or 2 to stay and sleep. Bo amenities. View of vatican litteraly across the street but not the entrance is about 10 mins by taxi.

Location is amazing. Room was ok. Information was limited. It says parking is available but there is a lack of clarity about what this means. You cannot drive up to the address. More detailed information about parking and access would make a huge difference. Only way to contact property was by phone.

Location ok. Check-in horrible. If it hadn’t been for meeting a lady in front of the building who was staying at the same place, I’m not sure how we would have gotten inside. Did not stay in the larger room that we paid for because itches difficult to get a hold of the host.

Great location! Close proximity to Vatican City and major sites like the Pantheon. Loved the location and would consider staying here again. One negative was that our air conditioner did not work correctly. We reached out to management and left a voicemail letting them know of the situation. They never called back which left my husband YouTubing videos on how to fix the air conditioner. Fortunately it started to work after that. Other than that the property and location was great!

Host is very responsive. Property is VERY clean. Air-Con is a plus. Location is perfect! Can walk right to Vatican Square in 3 minutes! Wow! Ask for the room with the view of the Basilica!

Great location next to the Vatican. Not amazing location for public transportation, it’s a but if a walk to get to most bus/metro locations. But the Vatican is just across the street so that is really good. The property is basically a room with a bathroom so don’t expect a hotel like experience. Clean but you can hear everyone coming in and out of the other rooms in the building. Decent value but nothing special.
