There is a fee for late check-in which then really negates the traveling on a budget. The hotel is also a bit of a walk from Roma Termini station so if you have heavy luggage or two suitcases that could be a challenge trying to get there on time before late check in fee applies. Also it helps to pay room charges online to limit amount of money guests have to carry with them. Room was clean.

Great stay
We stayed at the InternoRoma hotel for a week and walked everywhere. If you are in good walking shape no problem. The location is awesome with plenty if restaurants and a supermarket just a few steps away. The metro station is just a short 10 minute walk. Natalia is awesome and very helpful. There was a bar fridge, microwave, hotplate, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Great stay

A very warm welcome
We received a very warm welcome from Natalia who had prepared our room for us even though I got my times mixed up and arrived three hours earlier than I had advised Natalia. Natalia was the most helpful host we've ever had! She told us how to get to the main attractions in Rome, made us coffee and looked up train times for our journey the following day - thanks Natalia! Our room had a lovely view of the garden and also included a kitchen with a fridge, stove, sink, pots and pans and cutlery which was greatly appreciated! The hotel is located near the Manzoni metro station and is also within walking distance of a supermarket. The hotel was also very quiet despite the busy area. We would definitely stay there again the next time we're in Rome!

Great place close to metro
It was our second time staying there, we loved it the first time and they seem to have improved the rooms since our last time there. Great place with nice beds with a large bathroom. Excellent location: very close to the metro station (Manzoni which is 2 stations from Termini), there's a supermarket across the street and lots of nice restaurants in the area. Great staff as well. Very reasonable prices for such a great place and location. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Rome.

Great stay and helpful staff. I went with a friend and we wanted to separate on a few of the days but there was only one set of keys. Natalia did try hard to find us a second set but we decided it wasn't a big problem so made do with one set. We wanted to cook ourselves and facilities were just right but be warned the kitchen space is small so you will have to take turns!

Clean apartment cooking facilities adequate. staff very helpful, if you have a lot of cases get a taxi from the railway station. watch out for pick pockets on the metro.

Small room but cozy and comfortable. 15min walk from roma terminal.. Lot of restaurant option around B&B. Reception desk not staffed so preferable to call before arrival. Except of small room size the stay was comfortable

We informed the hotel staff that we will arrive between 2 and 4 PM, but by the time we arrived there's no one waiting for us at the hotel. we reached there by 3:30 PM and were ringing the door bell for 30 mins. The staff who opened the door after 30 mins didn't even apologized. AC in our room didn't work, there's no one at the front desk to complain about it. Our room was Ok but bathroom was not clean.

Interno Roma was tops!
Our stay at Interno Roma couldn't have been better. Manuel at the reception desk was a big help navigating our daily sightseeing in Rome. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet for a good night sleep! We would stay there again. Thanks Manuel for the excellent service.

Cook for yourself and save money.
Fantastic place to stay if your on a budget. Close to the metro system to get around the city, a mini supermarket across the road and rooms have their own little kitchens with appliances so you can cook yourself and save money.

We were put in a very very small suite with a small kitchenette and tiny bathroom. The quality of the room was very good but the size was dreadful. Miguel was fantastic and organized things for us but though he understood we were not happy with the room they were full booked and could not move us. Nice position in Rome with access to good cafes.

it is strong point is that it is within walking distance from terminal. The place was pretty rundown. supermarket nearby. No customer service at day and night. Access to the hotel by keys, quite troublesome. Very noisy last at night when guests are back. Loud banging of the main gates and operation of lifts were terrible. Lift was small and at most can take 4 persons without luggage bags

Fantastic room
It was so close to the train and subway station and about 15 minute walk to the colosseum. The room itself was great! It came with all the amenities of home and overlooked a courtyard. Service was friendly and professional. We wanted to stay longer but they were booked solid. We ended up finding another room around the corner for the same price but it was dismal compared to InternaRoma. If I come back to Rome, I'll definitely try to book here first.

This is not a hotel!!!
This is not really a hotel; it is a guest house. The staff were very unfriendly and not accommodating. They said their card reader machine (for credit-card payments) was broken due to rain (!!!) and made us pay cash our room. They refused to listen to our concerns and they repeated several times that we could just cancel.
