LOCATION! it’s amazing. Best of trastevere at a walking distance too, pantheon, colosseum, trevi fountain and all the things are walkable. It was perfect. The room was clean, ac worked perfectly, staff was so friendly. They always had breakfast ready for us and cappuccinos are amazing too. We will be back. Easy access to our room. The only thing I think we were confused on was the room we got compared to the pics. It looked like it had a second section separating the bed to another are of the room with a small seating area, we noticed our first night but it didn’t bother us. Just be mindful and double check the room you get/ otherwise this place is perfect

My wife and I stayed in Rome for our wedding anniversary during August 2024. We had a great stay at JB Relais Luxury. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom. The location was convenient to most attractions in center of Rome by foot and it was also close to a number of bus lines, making transportation easy. But above all, the staff were very attentive to our needs and sought to make our stay in Rome memorable. Nicola made us feel very welcome, always had a smile, good recommendations for our stay and would make sure we had breakfast even on the days we left earlier than the regular serving time. Thank you very much!

We lived the property and the location. Everything worked great and was very clean and comfortable. But we did not like the service or lack there of. First, they only clean the room before 11 am, being jet lagged and on vacation, we wanted to sleep in. Therefore couldn’t have our room cleaned once. Secondly, I paid city tax the second day we were there in cash. As we were checking out, turns out they had no record of it. They were nice about it and took our word for it, but still. Third, I ordered an airport car service, hotel offers at the same time that I paid city tax. On the day of our departure, there was no car waiting and no one seems to know or care. Knowing all of this, we would still stay here again, just plan accordingly and ask for receipts for everything.

The room and bathroom were large, very spacious and comfortable for 2 people. The shower was awesome! Property was quaint and quiet. It felt more like an airbnb than a hotel as there were very limited hours for staff between 8-12pm. If you arrived after that time or were on the go early you may never see staff, but that is ok as they are great with messaging you details, offering car service and letting you know about other things. Very pleased with this property and the experience.

The hotel and room had adequate features to meet our needs. We were very disappointed by the car service that we requested, the driver was late and the vehicle was not as we reserved. It was also disappointing that we had to self check in without an employee onsite.

From the minute we checked in, our service was great. The person that checked us in gave us a map and several spots/restaurants she recommended around the city. Our room was cleaned everyday and was the perfect place to regroup from a day of walking. The hotel is positioned in a great place within the city as we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The only issue we had was finding the place when we first arrived. We were not aware the the hotel is on the 3rd floor of a building, so we were a little panicked when we could not see the hotel after being dropped off by the taxi. However, after getting help finding the place the rest of the stay was wonderful.

Lovely serviced apartments and the staff could not have been more helpful. Ideal location for walking to most attractions and right in the heart of a few food / drink districts. The room was spacious and decorated very nicely with lots of character. One thing I would say is the room could do with a lick of paint and the skirting was coming off the wall in a few places but very minor upkeep to make the apartment perfect.

Staff gets a 5/5 -They gave us an early check in time when we asked for one and they were able to have a room available 3 hours prior. We are from the states so we had to bring a universal adapter. Of course ours did not work and they provided us with one to use while we were there. Some items are only upon request so just make sure to ask and they will gladly put it in your room. The cleaning staff did an excellent job tidying our room and made sure we were stocked on our amenities. Room 4/5- The room was a little smaller than i thought it would be but that was my fault for misreading the square foot. I knew ahead of time that we are staying in a city so i expected noise, and there was a lot of it. I brought ear plugs and im glad i did, i could not sleep without them. The room and the hallways were very echoic due to the sounds bouncing off the marble. They have a small wooden elevator , very small but i loved the vintage feel. What provided- They have an expresso and tea machine in the room and very easy to use. Cleaning staff always had it stocked with cream, sugar as well. Hotel also provided a small bottle of lotion, shampoo and a bar of soap. There was also a hair dryer in the room but there was no iron. I asked the front desk and they put one in our room upon request. I booked this hotel through a third party hotel site and it said this hotel had a laundry facility. When i asked the front desk, he told me there were some in the area but not on the property
