I highly recommend . Greeted upon arrival , and shown around the room and the common area. Got to talk to Sofia the owner. Theres also a clean an out door with tables to sit as well as bikes you could use.

Lovely host and property. Totally recommend for an overnight stay before or after flight. Tiny gripe is that you can’t turn on the shower without being in the shower first as the door gets in the way. Other than that, wonderful stay!

Beautiful property and very responsive host. She arranged a taxi for an early morning ride to the airport. Nice breakfast and coffee. Good access to airport (FCO). Not great for walking around town but does have access to food delivery.

I was in Italy 2 weeks and at the end I took the train back to Rome so I could get to the airport quickly in the morning as I had an early flight. This hotel is near the airport. I communicated with staff on line and they were very helpful. They set up a 6:30 taxi pickup which worked great. The room was clean quiet and nice

Great room with excellent value. It is located in a neighborhood with no dining or shopping around. We walked 30 min to a restaurant and took a taxi back at night for 20 Euro.

It's close to the Rome airport but in a normal residential neighborhood -- which is also close to the water and many good restaurants. Cool modern decor but a homey (i.e., non-corporate/industrial) vibe. I'd want to stay here even if I weren't flying out the next morning!

We only stayed the one night. Very comfortable quiet roooms. The room was spotless. The host was very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely breakfast before we left. It is located anbout 10 minutes from the airport. Can recommend.

After our cruise we wanted to stay one night near the Fiumicino Airport (Rome). Rather than stay in a hotel, we found a small guest house five minutes from the airport. What an amazing find! We not only found the facility and room to be immaculate, but Sofia and Nicolas made us feel more like a guest in their home. To make things even more enjoyable, it was only a ten minute walk to the beach and location where the Tiber River empties into the sea. It was a perfect place to watch the sunset and have a fabulous meal at one of the many restaurants overlooking the river. If you ever want to stay near the Rome airport, look no further than the Kalaso Design Guest House.

We booked this property for an overnight stay before our flight home. We checked in after a long day of travel and it was super easy and convenient. The room was perfect. Clean, comfy and very well decorated. The next morning the manager came to welcome us in the common kitchen area and make sure we had everything we needed. She also set up a ride for us to get to the airport. Very happy with this booking!

Spotlessly clean, very convenient location. Breakfast was early enough to leave for the airport at 0745. Host was very helpful and reserved the taxi for me. There were also bikes to use, but I wasn’t there long enough. I highly recommend this place.
