Booked this hotel because it had a rooftop restaurant and bar. It also is classed as 5star with a good rating. Arrived early morning, whilst we didn't expect the room to be ready, I asked, if possible, would they let us know when ready. No message came through so left it until 2.30pm before returning. The room wasn't available until the 3.00pm time slot originally stated. Asked if we could go up to the Rooftop bar for a drink, only to be told that it was booked out, including for the whole evening. The room wasn't even ready at 3.00pm. Had to wait until 3.20pm. Were told the Rooftop bar will be open the next day. So after returning from a long day trip to the Hotel at 8.00pm went up to the Rooftop bar!!!! Closed and no food. only a very ordinary side room to get a drink!!! The room itself was ok but one of the two sinks had a broken tap with only cold water. Overall, the reception staff just didn't care about offering any assistance. THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL 2 - 3 STAR AT BEST. Being the last place visited on a 5-week trip this spoilt our trip. Over two nights there were zero facilities. I'd strongly recommend anyone staying in Rome to look elsewhere. WORST HOTEL

Hotel was in a great location and staff were friendly! It was just the room that was awful. Instead of a queen mattress we got two twin beds put together, you could barely walk in the room with how tiny it was, our lights didn’t work, and the shower was the smaller thing in the world. The bed felt like laying on cardboard, it was rough and caused lots of back pain for me.

We were only LeGriffe for one night, but found it to be clean and handy to Roma termini. There is an excellent rooftop bar restaurant with a wonderful view of Rome. The pillows in the room we stayed in were lacking. If we had stayed there longer than one night, we would’ve asked for pillows that weren’t so flat. Otherwise, the hotel is nice.

We got the suite for 3/4 people. It was spacious, and definitely worked, with a queen bed upstairs, and two more downstairs. Additionally, the rooftop breakfast room and lounge was a nice add-on. However, I believe I saw somewhere that they are 5 star, which they are definitely not. Also, the room was a bit outdated, no lock on the bathroom downstairs, the hottub upstairs had no door (just open in the room), and minimal outlets. But still enjoyable and great for kids...
