The hotel was absolutely gorgeous! Our room(200) was a good size for 2 people. My sister and I moved the table in the middle of the room and made more space. The bathroom was huge and has two sinks. Staff came around everyday to stock the refrigerator. Check in & out was amazing. Staff was great. Breakfast was included with my stay on the rooftop of the hotel. They had lots of options for your liking. Only issue was the air conditioner didn’t work that well at night. The room would get really hot. I would definitely stay again when I’m in Rome.

Great hotel and close to the tour bus route. The hotel staff are amazing very helpful. Our room was a suite and very large. The bath is old and was hard to get out of due to the shower screen only moving a little bit to the side. A great selection for breakfast with a nice view over the city. Very fresh and tasty. Would definitely recommend staying here and we will be back.

Central location ideal for visiting the sights of Rome. Clean nice room, well maintained. Reception and concierge gave different advice and contradicted each other, so we didn't book with them in the end, but they were friendly. The restaurant is clean and breakfast was good, but dinner was terrible. Waited 50 minutes and had to ask where the food was, then it took another 10 minutes and arrived stone cold. When I complained that it was cold, the waiter said ok and walked off. I complained to the front of house manager, he wasn't bothered and handed me the bill. Other than the restaurant service and cold food, the hotel was good, just don't go there for dinner.

The room had no window, the hotel was really bad quality with pains getting off the walls, the bathroom looking like a cheap broken bathroom. Definitely not a 5 star hotel more like a 0 star hotel.

The hotel was great. We had no issues with the rooms themselves. There was construction going on in the room next door so it was a bit noisy during the day if we were there but we were out most of the time so didn’t bother much. Great rooftop with amazing views for breakfast and cocktail hours. Good location too, only 20 min walk to the colosseum and Spanish steps.

Thank you so much for your support. To be honest I would like to ask for a fully refund because it was almost the weird hotel I have ever seen in my life . Reception people don’t respect to customers and when they miss something they staring with excuses which is unacceptable. The room was clean but smells of 2000 years go inside . Staff inter the room without any knock with I asked them to stop but who cares. Body wash was empty and after I asked them nothing came so I had to buy by myself. Toilet paper . The phone in room not working. There isn’t any information about hotel. Room service is not working ….. and so many things are to talk . I paid for a 5 star hotel but received a 2 or 3 star hotel service. I really don’t know how to deal it with my trust to Expedia service. After we decided to move out(check out) I asked reception to send someone to help Cary my baggage at 11:15 am and I wrote the the time for them but nobody came so went to reception and asked the lady what is going on and she said you asked for 11:50 . Seriously? I had to cay all 6 bags by myself. It’s the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Thank you
