Alex was especially helpful during our check in. They were ready for us and got all of our rooms assigned efficiently. He set up our return taxi to the airport. They were on time and got luggage and 12 people there timely (much appreciated!). Location was great - near airport, beach and restaurants.

Room was clean, easy to get to, and the property kept in communication and left detailed instructions. I only stayed for a night, but easily could’ve stayed longer with how nice the staff were. The woman at the front desk was incredibly friendly; I felt like I was around family! She helped me get a shuttle to Roma Termini which I shared with a couple of other guests to cut down cost. The beach isn’t far if you enjoy walking as I do, and Fiumicino is a beautiful place to visit. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient location for a night stay since it is close to airport. Communication is great, and easy check-in. They recommended a family business as a dining in which was great: Pecora nera. They facilitated the contact for transportation the following morning, and the driver was waiting for us when we left the room. The only thing the room needs maintenance.bathroom not clean, AC making a disturbing noise, no connection to WiFi.

Communication was very good, and convenient to the airport….but property needs a major renovation, and an introduction to bleach. We had four rooms, all four bathrooms had mold in it. One room had a roach, the shower handle pipe fell out, the toilet seats don’t cover the toilet rim, and they slide when you sit. Two of the rooms had mosquitoes in them when we arrived, and the one room, had an issue with the toilet flush, it wouldn’t stop. Lastly another room had a toilet that had poop marks in it. Not cleaned well in general. Disappointed to say the least.

La Maison Jolie was just what I needed an inexpensive, clean room close to the airport for overnight. It was actually quite roomy, as well and has a charming courtyard design. What stands out most about the facility is the staff. They were extremely helpful all along, but especially when I ended up needing help checking in late because of a flight delay and with a ride to and from the airport. They kept in close communication with me until I was well taken care of.

We enjoyed our stay, it was comfortable and quiet. The staff was very helpful with obtaining transportation to and from the airport, as well as recommending restaurants and places to walk to. I would stay there again.
