The room is clean, but no cups or kettle to boil the water. The Staff is nice and helpful. We open the window because the AC is already off for the year, and the whole night, people are working fixing the road

Stayed for 2 nights at the end of a 3 week vacation. I am sure that the main hotel is wonderful, but we were put in the annex building. The second we walked in to the tiny room, all we heard was construction. The floors above us and the hall across are all under construction. Jack hammering, banging and smashing noises from the ime we got there, till 6 pm. Then started up the next 2 days at 7:30 in the morning. We asked if we could be moved but were told no. The front desk I don’t think even realized there was construction going on as they looked very puzzled when we told them. There was no coffee pods although we had a coffee machine, water in the fridge on day one, that was it, and half a roll of toilet paper. There was an area in the corner by the window that smelled of urine. Quite possibly the worst experience in a hotel in all my years of traveling. Oh and an the last day we got up(thank you construction) and the water was off. Nothing like getting ready for a 10 hr flight and not being able to have a shower. Like I said. The main hotel is probably beautiful, but if you get stuck in the annex check out immediately .

This hotel is located across the street from the Termini train station in Rome. It was also very conveniently located by a Hop on Hop off bus stop. The hotel was nice and clean. I would stay there again.

This hotel should be shut down by health and safety services. Our ceiling was bunking with dripping water. The shower sofas water all over the walls. There was an inch of dust in the headboard. Incredibly noisy at night. I can’t even explain how unclean the room and facilities are. Do yourself a favour and stay at a superior hotel that is clean and sanitary. My family is forever traumatized.

This is a great hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. We used this hotel for a night in each end of a cruise and loved it. Breakfast was good and the coffee great. We stayed in both the renovated and the main building room and both were good. Definitely a thumbs up from me

The air conditioning unit was so loud with a buzzing sound we had to turn it off. But when it eas turned off you could hear everyone in the hallway talking and going up the stairs. The shower leaked considerable amounts of water as well. When i saw this place had great reviews i thought this was going to be great. It wasn't. Staff also never informed us that breakfast was an option.

Accommodating and friendly staff. Location is perfect. Across the street from Termini station with a convenience store across the street. Would prefer actual pictures of rooms available. stayed at the beginning of our trip and at the end of our trip. Preferred the corner room we got towards the end of our trip (overnight) then the first 3 nights at the beginning of our trip. Nonetheless, excellent stay overall.

Pros: Location! Right next to Roma Termini. Breakfast staff, attentive and welcoming. Cons: The hotel and rooms are very dated. The room booked was not the same as the one we got. After complaining, the front desk told us that the room we wanted was in another building. The bathroom in the room only includes shampoo and towels. The bed was not comfortable and the bedding was thin and a bit old. Just a comforter inside a duvet.

So called double rooms are extremely small. There is not enough space to open a suitcase. The room we had wasn’t clean. Dirty floor (roughly painted tiles). Shower was slightly clogged and only one free plug to charge a phone. Window open to a narrow and tall well. Decent looking hotel lobby does not match the rooms.
