Very good rooms - nice welcome and helpful staff. Very close to termini station, easy for travel and accessibility. We arrived after midnight there was no water or possibility to order water to the room. Other than that, all was good.

Roberta the receptionist is rude and unpleasant when we were checking in. How can she expect 15 people to check in with big luggages to not overcrowd the area. She kept on saying to stay in the breakfast area, what about the luggages??? Even the luggages won’t fit room.

Nice place, close to train station. When we checked out however, they would let us pay part of our city taxes in Euro coins since we were returning to North America. Seemed petty to me be unwilling to accept legal tender just because they couldn’t be bothered to receive coins. Ruined an otherwise good impression we had gotten at first. (But Guilio at breakfast was fabulous, attentive and kind)

The staff was very welcoming and nice, and responded immediately to fix any issues with my room (AC was broken). The room inside is very clean and well maintained, though the shower is a little bit small. The location is great, right next to Roma Termini where you can access all forms of public transportation. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby in walking distance, and good value for the price. Breakfast buffet had a big variety and was excellent.

We were actually not in the main building, but a new building around the block from where the main building is. It was on the 4th floor and a new set of rooms. Room was really nice, staff was friendly & helpful. Short walk back to the main building, and train station. Would stay here again & recommend to friends & family.

Hotel Marisa is the perfect choice for travelers wanting centrally located accommodations near Termini. We flew into FCO and quickly found our Terravision bus that dropped us off at Termini, directly across the street from Hotel Marisa. Upon walking in the front door, Mohammed greeted us with a friendly and welcoming hello. Our room was ideal for a family of 4: one queen and 2 twins. Breakfast in the morning was more than we expected, and the service was exceptional. Giulio's cappuccino served with a smile is a great start to any morning. At check-out, Ruth was sure to answer all our questions and ensure all our needs were met. Highly recommend Hotel Marisa! Thank you for an outstanding experience!

Outstanding Staff
Excellent staff! Friendly and helpful, great dinner recommendation (Andrea, around the corner) and, crucially, they successfully summoned a taxi to the airport. While I wouldn't recommend the neighborhood, we booked it precisely because of that, as it is opposite the train station where we'd just arrived from Venice, and we were done schlepping. Very convenient for a quick last few hours in Rome. Also very comfortable!!

The property was nice. Room was a bit small but clean, located right across from train station so perfect for just a one night stay before heading to the airport. The hotel was able to set up our transportation for an early morning to the airport.

An excellent place to stay if you want to be near the train station. Hotel Marisa is a classy place, nice room, awesome breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Julio was especially fun. I would return any day.
