Pillows could be renewed. Staff was cleaning the room next to us and woke us up. Requested coffee to my room and took hours to get. Asked about how we could watch Netflix on the tv in the room and was told that they would ask maintenance, never heard back…twice. Overall the room was clean. It is located in a good part of the city. Easy to walk to the sites. It’s an adequate room for the price point. Probably not nice for me to remember to go back when in Rome again.
