This is our third time at this hotel. We appreciate that it is close to the train station, a metro station is literally in front of the hotel and we can walk to the coliseum in 10 minutes! The check in was quick and friendly, the staff warmly greet us when we arrive and exit. The room is perfect for our needs. I always describe this hotel as a “family” style hotel. The location is great, the staff is very friendly, happy hour everyday at the bar and the rooms are perfect for a quiet stay (no windows on the street .. windows are all on a courtyard … so you do not have the noise of the city!). Will come back again !

The breakfast offerings were outstanding! My friend needed lactose free options and the server recommended several including almond milk. The pastries and fruit were fresh and delicious as was were the eggs! One of the best breakfast offerings in hotel settings!

The Napoleon is a great little hotel for the money! Yes the rooms are a bit small but perfectly fine as I didn’t expect to spend time in my room while in Rome! Everything was clean - the bed was comfortable & the a/c worked fine. The location was great - we easily walked to the Colosseum & other sites, and the Metro station was just steps away. I mistakenly had the wrong check out date and the staff added the extra night for my 2 rooms with no fuss which I greatly appreciated. Could have been a disaster. I would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel Napoleon was a reasonable walking distance from the train station. My family got two rooms; both were clean and well kept. The free breakfast was excellent and the staff did a wonderful job at keeping everything fresh and plentiful. Overall this hotel was a good value and convenient location for our first two nights in Rome.
