What a great surprise!!

Great location, quiet, very nice people, awesome room maintenance! The elevator was a bit odd, stopping at half floors? But we were so grateful to have it! And the best part was the fantastic air conditioning in toasty Roma! Thank you for a great stay!

Great spot in Rome

This was our second time staying at Passepartout and the service was again very good. We had three rooms for a large family vacation and all three were great - especially the apartment. The beds could be a little more comfortable but otherwise all good. My parents had a little problem with the water temperature and pressure consistency but it was only in their room. AC was excellent in all rooms - and it was HOT in Rome. The location near Piazza Navona is perfect as most of the major sites are within walking distance.

The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance of many attractions. There was a supermarket right next to it. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. There was also a full-service laundromat nearby at a reasonable price. they even folded the clothes.

A small hotel in a convenient location. We checked-in in the morning and were told that room would be available after 2 pm. But when we were back after 2 pm, no body was there in the counter: we and another group of guests had to wait there for more than 5 minutes.

Perks: Staff: Everyone was super communicative and helpful, prior to check and throughout our stay. A huge plus, is that after an overnight flight from the US, they let us check in around 10am so we could get some rest! Rooms: While more like an Airbnb than a hotel, our room was everything we needed: clean, comfortable, and quiet. Wifi: Easy to connect to and plenty of speed for our travel needs. A/C: Strong! And needed during a hot summer. Drawbacks: Shower drain: When we arrived after our flight, we took a shower and noticed the train does not clear, leading to a puddling of water in the shower. We asked the staff to take a look. They hired someone to come in, who claimed it was full of hair and that it was fixed. We had the same issue the next time we showered, so it seems to be more of a plumbing problem. Building: While the building is 200+ years old, it feels like a construction site in the hallways (lightbulbs with missing sconces, dust, and walls that need a fresh paint job). It would be easy to clean up. Car service: The hotel hired us a car and driver ahead of time and we provided our flight info. The driver showed up an hour late (he didn't track the flight) and didn't help us with our bags (... and he did push for a tip when we paid). A taxi at the airport would have been cheaper and faster. While the car service is not the vendor, they do choose who they select for their guest. Overall, we were happy with our stay, but probably wouldn't come back.

Was plenty bars and restaurants near staff nice clean room nice bed hot shower decor and furniture poor We booked breakfast for 4 days the last day couldnt have as we had early flight.We requested a refund but was refused .Breakfast was at a lovely cafe over the road so we asked the manageress could we use it for afternoon tea ,of course you can so we did that she also gave us 2 cream cheese croissants to take to the airport which was very kind of her

Amazing place in every regard - I would definitely stay again. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, location was amazing, walking distance to all major historical sites, and food, and the complementary breakfast was at a nearby restaurant and was beyond delicious and generous. Great location. Just 5 minute walk to Piazza Navona. Had an elevator that would take you in between floors which is better than no elevator at all! It was also really cool to see part of the original centuries old building exposed in the staircase wall! The units were clean and minimalist. We booked two one-bedroom units. The staff was super helpful! There’s no kitchen or kitchenette. Just mini fridge, electric kettle. This was something that Expedia did a poor job of filtering out as Inwas only looking for accommodations that had kitchens. They provided complimentary tea and water which is nice. Great American breakfast spot right across the street. Beds were comfortable including the sofabed. Our units were street facing so it was quite noisy in the mornings with truck deliveries. If there were areas of improvements they would be to provide more bathroom counter space, more table surfaces in the bedroom, lighting in the mirrored nook and a full length mirror. Despite being located on a small street, it was still accessible by taxi.

A well located hotel. Staff are really friendly and rooms are clean and fresh. Rooms are quiet especially at night and air conditioned. There are many stairs to climb depending on the floor your room is situated on…although they do have a small two person left to every other floor.

The hotel is in a great area, busy and lively, but totally quiet when you get inside. A very short walk away is a bus stop with direct route to the station, and non stop train to/ from the airport. It couldn't have been more straightforward. The room was immaculate, and best of all the chap who welcomed us took a lot of time to talk through a map of the city, taking on board what we had pre-booked and giving recommendations on what else we could do. We followed his hints almost to the letter and they were absolutely spot on. We saw some wonderul sights and had some super food! So, a very big thank you from us, we had a superb time in Rome and recommend your hotel highly.

Excellent room and location

Wonderful location in the heart of Rome walking distance to most of the main attractions. The beds were comfy and clean and the room was spacious and well decorated. The staff were friendly and inviting. Would stay here again.

The room was big enough for our family of 3. Great location, near lots of restaurants and a Carrefour right next to it, making in convenient to buy breakfast or snacks. The staff is friendly and the room is quiet, considering they're in the middle of a street with lots of people circulating all the time. We stayed on the first floor and slept well.

Fabulous place in the best location
