The property was very clean and modern and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us call a cab to the airport. Housekeeping was absolutely excellent and cleaned up everyday. They were extremely thorough for the most part. The coffee machine was not very clean and had some white residue in it no matter how much we tried to clean it. The property, including the room, lobby and elevator were very small! But this is expected in Rome. There were many times where there was nobody at reception, but they would be at the restaurant next door. The property can be tricky to find as there is no sign on the door for the hotel but, there is a sign for the restaurant next door. There are many dining options in this area, but it is a somewhat touristy spot. It was 15 minutes walk away from the Vatican Museums and 12 minutes from the metro. There are also 2 nasoni within the block. The property is very modern and you need to put the key card into a slot to turn on lights and water in the room. It would've been nice if that was explained at our check in as we had some trouble with that and opening the door (hard push, not turning the door knob!) A few drinks are provided in the fridge in the room but, if we wanted more it was extra, which we didn't really like. We were not very impressed with the restaurant meals or the breakfast. Regardless it was a good place to stay if you, like us, spent all day exploring the city and wanted to come back to eat and sleep.

Beautiful place. We had a balcony. Modern room. State of the art light and a/c controls. Great bed. Breakfast included. You can have eggs omelets, fruit plates. Very friendly staff. Claria at the front desk helped us book our shuttle to the airport. (I hope i spelled it correctly). If i was staying in rome again, i would stay there.

Very nice boutique hotel, everything has been nicely updated and modern. Super easy access to both Vatican and the historical district of Rome. Probably the most comfortable bed among all the different hotels we stayed at during our 10-day trip.

Loved this hotel! Great location, close to the Vatican and easily walkable to many attractions. We did not have a car, so that was key. A small, but very cozy hotel with wonderful staff. Tastefully decorated. Great bed with white linens, spotlessly clean bathroom, great shower, advanced light technology. There is coffee/tea and a stocked bar fridge in the room. The continental breakfast included a small menu for eggs or fruit platter. You don’t get that option with included breakfast, so it was a nice surprise. If you are like me, I have searched and searched for the best Rome hotel to suit us, and the search has ended. We will come back to the Passpartout any time we are in Rome.

My family and I LOVED this little hotel gem in the heart of Borgo. There are wonderful authentic dining options all around (we loved Arlu) and you get a wonderful experience of Roman culture. The hostess Ciara was lovely and gave us a great pizza spot recommendation. The Vatican is SO close by and we enjoyed walking through the beautiful little streets to get there. Our rooms were very clean and nicely designed. The tall ceilings with the old wooden beams were lovely. Passpartout Boutique Palace is a perfect little place to stay and you’ll feel like a local!
