Locking system was frustrating at best. The shower was not clean. During a rain storm the entry hall took in water. The elevator was extremely small and was not confidence inspiring. There is not 24 hour desk service. Overall, this property has a great location but POOR qualities

I asked for clean towels and toilet paper and did not receive neither. My requested was not even responded too. One roll of small toilet paper does not do it

We only stayed one night, but the location was excellent—right in the heart of Rome, just a short walk from the Spanish Steps and other main attractions. The room was convenient for our quick stay. The only downside was that the receptionist who checked us in wasn’t very welcoming, which left a less-than-great first impression. Overall, though, the location makes this a solid choice if you want to be in the center of everything.

Good place once you find the entrance. Taxis can only get within 1/2 block. The woman at the desk was pleasant and very professional. Enjoyed the eateries and little shops in the neighborhood.

If you are just looking for location, this property is for you. It is minutes to the Spanish steps, trevi and many other attractions. However everything else is lacking! AC did not work, I stayed for 3 nights and the temperature never went below 25⁰C/ 77⁰F. The room I stayed in was very dark with no windows, not to mention that the curtain on the door to the room is on the outside, so anyone can look in. There are blackout curtains you can close but then you have no natural light at all. The wifi does not work and the bathroom sink did not drain, and even though it is listed the elevator does not work. As a solo traveler it was scary to come back at night. Once you come off of the street you enter a dimly lit entry way and go up the stairs. Once you use code to get into the "lobby" there is a long hallway where the lights are off and into a open space that is also not lit to get into your room. Anyone could have come up behind me while I was trying to get in. I am not sure what else is in this building or who has access as it seemed the hotel was only the one floor. I spent 2.5 weeks all over Europe during this trip and this was the most disappointing accommodation.

The property was ok. Basic but good value. Very good location. Slightly odd check in system. Checking out was awful. I had a Colloseum booking in the morning and I couldn't leave my bag anywhere because the reception doesn't "open" until 10am. So I had to carry my luggage into the Colloseum and all around Rome. Very disappointing. The lady assistant refused to help me.

Location was great, but I was surprised at how highly rated this property was. Lift didn’t work, air con leaked all over the bed and pillow soaking it, wasn’t the cleanest either and felt quite tired. Check in was easy enough although you had to check in at a different property and then walk over to the room. I’d go to Rome again, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Loved the location. Was not aware that our original reservation was a 5-minute walk from the check-in spot, impossible to do with luggage. We ended up downgrading our room which was less than the original reservation and was not offered a refund to split the difference. AC was not working properly and shower was terrible. Amazing location with tons of dining and shopping options. Easy to walk to Trevi fountain and other sites.

I really enjoyed the staff here, they were helpful even before arrival, texting to ensure we had arrived in Rome and giving advice about transportation. The room was nice, but very warm and took a while to cool down (not a reason for a poor rating, but something to be aware of if you’re planning to go straight to bed). My only complaint is that the hotel was difficult to find and many people working in the area were unable to give accurate directions so we spent a long time walking in circles with heavy suitcases on cobblestones. I would recommend asking for directions ahead of time or, once you’re there, the local police seemed to be the most accurate with directions!
