I really enjoyed the staff here, they were helpful even before arrival, texting to ensure we had arrived in Rome and giving advice about transportation. The room was nice, but very warm and took a while to cool down (not a reason for a poor rating, but something to be aware of if you’re planning to go straight to bed). My only complaint is that the hotel was difficult to find and many people working in the area were unable to give accurate directions so we spent a long time walking in circles with heavy suitcases on cobblestones. I would recommend asking for directions ahead of time or, once you’re there, the local police seemed to be the most accurate with directions!

It is about two things in Rome if you consider yourself a middle-class tourist. Location. Price. Notice location is first because it determines price. At this location you get spectacular location and at reasonable price. The room is not fancy but it is very respectabke and the bathroom is as nice as any high-end chsin in the USA.

Piazza di Spagna Prestige was a beautiful property. Felt very safe there and there were a ton of places to eat and have coffee right outside the door. Very close to the Spanish Steps. Luxury shopping nearby. AC worked amazing!

The location was excellent. The minute you walked out the front door you were next to restaurants a small grocery store, several gelato places and only a three minute walk to the Spanish steps. I would have preferred to have breakfast right on site, but there is an excellent café a one minute walk away that Was very nice. You can walk up the stairs or use the tiny elevator that got the job done.

The accommodations provided a perfect environment for rest and relaxation, ensuring we were well-rested throughout our trip. One of the standout features of this location is its unbeatable proximity to major attractions. Everything we wanted to explore was within easy walking distance, which made our sightseeing effortless and enjoyable. The convenience of having restaurants, shops, and landmarks so close added immense value to our stay. A little jewel in the heart of Rome

Wonderful hotel about a 5-10 minute walk from the Spanish Steps. Near a whole wide selection of higher end retail stores, shops, restaurants, cafes and bakeries. Hotel is comfortable, rooms are spacious and roomy with great doors that open out on a terrace overlooking the Main Street. Bed is comfortable (on the harder side, high we like) and the bathroom big enough for a family of 3! Great water pressure in the shower. There’s also a small mini-fridge and the AC/heat is easy to operate.

Great location, but had bed bugs

Would have been great, if not for the bud bugs. We couldn't make it one night here, the room was infested. I woke up at 3am with my arms on fire with multiple bug bites; we immediately found bugs in the bed, on the floor, and on my backpack. We immediately started working with hotels.com to find another place to stay as this room was uninhabitable. Once we had somewhere else to go, we did another check for bugs on our things and went straight to a laundromat to sanitize everything. When I got in touch with the Prestige management they were incredibly unhelpful, and insinuated that the bugs we encountered were brought in on our bags (as if we wouldn't have noticed 10 bed bugs on our things), which also ignores us finding bed bugs at various life stages. A clear indicator they've set up residence in that hotel. I'd be very surprised if they haven't made their way into other rooms there now, especially with how nonchalant they were about the situation. Absolutely cannot recommend staying here.
