Large luxurious room, overlooking the pool and marina. Huge flat screen TV in room. Good air conditioning. Bathroom would benefit from an exhaust fan. Pleasant & helpful staff. Beautiful food at in-house restaurant.

The property is Beautiful near Marina, which is absolutely gorgeous with the different yachts that are at the marina. The staff is so friendly and nice and make you feel welcome like you were part of the home. The restaurant was delicious and everything about the entire day was lovely. We enjoyed it so much.

A short taxi or hotel shuttle ride from FCO - we stopped for one night before flying home. It is situated on a river next to marina with a nice pool. Unfortunately there was heavy rain while we were there so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool. Not much within walking distance -we just did a 15 minute walk around the marina. ok for a one night stop. Dinner overlooking river was great. Staff pleasant and helpful. One negative was winding staircase to our 2nd floor room- no elevator if you have heavy luggage.

Overnight stay for morning flight. Chose based on price and unlike similar properties, there are (two) dinning options and breakfast included. Was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful and spacious room, great staff wihich provided assistance with bags and arranging cab to airport. Very nice property -- marina. Highly recommend.

A great place for us to wind down prior to returning to Canada. The property was amazing with 2 restaurants- but was somewhat isolated from other amenities. This was fine for us at the end of our trip but if you want to explore the immediate area you may want to do further research

Nice property. Locate close to FCO for an early morning departure. Large pool available to use during summer season. Very large room, fresh air from patio door, spacious balcony, very nice room amenities. I would stay here again when departing from FCO.

Grimy bathroom
The hotel bedroom was comfortable and clean, but the bathroom was mouldy. Black mould was behind the washbasin and shower cubicle. The laminate floor is sticky. We stayed at the end of September, and despite the temperature being 26 degrees, the pool, gym, and sauna were all closed. The resort photographs well but needs a deep clean.

A really nice hotel with a great restaurant on site. A clean property with beautiful views of the water and very nice sunset views. Close to the airport and they offer a shuttle service. Recommend staying here!
