Very close to the terminal clean good security many fine restaurants close to Walk to sightseeing. Police presence near the terminal makes it quite safe to walk around at night.

The location was ideal right beside the train station and many restaurants. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very nice. Quite noisy at night due to its downtown location. But if you like action this is the place.

We'd read some pretty average reviews of the Hotel and were a little worried when we arrived. We found the hotel old and a little run down, but clean and the staff were excellent and helpful. Transport wise, the hotel could not be in a better position as it is directly opposite the main railway station Termini. The surrounding areas are very dirty and there are unfortunately a lot of homeless.

Had multiple issues. The bathroom was raining really slowly. The shower was splashing water all around the bathroom. The bathroom sink was also clogged, noise in the hallway at night and multiple knocks on the door overnight, which made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The location was convenient for us as we were just staying one night and it was next to the metro station and breakfast was decent

We stayed here a total of three times for six days during a two week span. We chose it because of its proximity to the train station into the metro line. We were two men traveling separately in separate rooms. We were very satisfied with the hotel. It met all of our needs, which were very simple and basic. The continental breakfast was especially a good bargain. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Of course, it is an old building with small elevators and small rooms, but that was built into the sales price. All in all, a bargain, and I will plan to return again the next time I come to Rome individually.

The rooms were not as represented on expedia. They were small and in need of basics like furniture and paint. It appeared they had updated bathrooms, but they used cheap materials and shoddy craftsmanship. Halfway through our stay they made me switch rooms so they could make renovations to the room I was in. They tried to give me a smaller room with a poor view. I complained and they gave me a better room. A work crew started making very loud noises at 7am the next day. The rooms were clean and desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to the train station. Breakfast was disappointing.

BUYER BEWARE (BED BUGS): Booked this hotel with my wife for our honeymoon for our first time in Italy. We settled on an inexpensive hotel close to the train station that would best fit our packed itinerary. We thought this hotel would be great based on the value and most importantly the location as we understood this hotel wasn't going to be the most premium one which was ok. However after checking in for our first night, I got severe irritation from the bed sheets which I thought was odd since I don't have any allergies. After my whole body feeling like it was on fire, we turned in the lights to our horror of little bugs along my pillow and sheets! From that point we packed up our things at 2a, talked to multiple employees, and reached out to the hotel manager after multiple attempts over our 3 day stay. Since this incident occurred, we had restless nights that derailed our original honeymoon plans and the service provided after the incident was bare minimum to resolve anything. We were barely offered another room and got one email from the hotel manager which basically avoided any accountability and provided minimal apology for what we feel is a major issue. We are still dealing with aftermath of inspecting our whole suitcase. We hope this review reaches anyone considering this hotel so you don't have the same nightmare experience as us since this seems like a nonchalant issue to them.

This hotel is conveniently located right by the train station, which makes it great for quick stopovers. The facilities are definitely showing their age, with dated decor and some worn furniture. Cleanliness is acceptable but not outstanding — everything felt generally tidy, though not spotless. That said, the staff were extremely helpful and professional, which really improved the overall experience. If you just need a place to crash for a night without expecting modern comforts, it does the job.
