Great location! Room is clean and lot of spaces. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The only down side is no elevator but the staff helped us with our luggage.

First time staying at a bed and breakfast type lodging. I loved the experience. There is not a 24/7 person available at check in desk but they have a 24/7 number for any issues. Both Francesco and Monica were very nice and suggested very good recommendations. The experience was unique and the location is fantastic and walking distance from all major landmarks. I would recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

Monica was amazing! She was so friendly and helpful. We would go back to see her. The building itself really gives you the historic vibe of Rome. The location is perfect for site seeing, dining, and shopping. We walked everywhere! The breakfast was very average and the room was nice but basic - not what we expected for the price we paid. The bathroom and shower were both good!

What a great hotel and in such fabulous location. Listen to Monica when she recommends restaurants - she knows of what she speaks. We tried both her recommendations and they were outstanding.

Overall the guest house is excellent, based just on its location, literally 30 seconds from the Pantheon. The rooms are clean and there is someone available in person during the day and by WhatsApp 24hrs. We did have no internet for a couple of days which I suspect was by freak chance.

Great location at the heart of Rome. Very welcoming and lovely clean room with lots of storage. Although a minor point the breakfasts were terrible and I would suggest opting to avoid if you can. Surly service, stale croissants in a very cramped room.

Centrally located with easy access to all areas of the city and just steps from the Pantheon. Great shopping and restaurants around the corner. Monica at reception was fantastic and a wealth of information! She provided a bunch of tips and made great recommendations. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great place right next to Pantheon. We walked everywhere. 25 minutes to Colosseum in one direction. 25 minutes to Vatican in other direction. Trevi, Spanish Steps. The room is big. We had 2 bedrooms, one bath and it was great. Staff was amazing. Breakfast is pastries, fruit,toast. Staff will make you a cappuccino. Monica at front desk deserves a raise. Don’t bring her food. She is on a diet and has no willpower 😂😂. She’s a great and very funny. You won’t regret staying here.

The hotel was very convenient and easy waling distance from pretty much everything. Around 30 min to Colosseum and Vatican were longest walks. The hotel was not as sound-proof meaning we could hear outside activities. No suggestion of room upgrade or gift although we didn't ask. Would have been nice to have at least one hot option for breakfast.
