An aparthotel rather than a hotel really but beyond that, the service is the same. Had some confusion finding the building as the hotel is within a larger complex and we had to wait for someone to show us to our room once we found our way in, but staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a jacuzzi room with a round bed which was all very romantic and extra and daily breakfast was nice. Area is a short walk from the train station and easily walkable into the city if you're more active.

This property is in a great quiet spot in Rome. Loved the room size and amenities, just wish the shower would have worked better than it did. The head needed to be replaced and the water was either really hot or cold. Breakfast included in this B&B was good as well. Just not sure about the shower.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and well kept. Fridge was stocked with bottled water daily. The main negative was the bath in our room (303). The bath had no standing shower - no shower curtain or shower door. So you had to improvise by holding the shower wand over your head and facing just the right direction to avoid soaking the entire bath room. The self-serve breakfast was good but without any variety from day to day. Would have been nice to have plain croissants in addition to the sugar ones and an unsweetened whole wheat cereal (eg bran flakes, muesli) would have been nice as well.

We had a great stay. Perfect location in a more quiet area of Rome. The service from the people was amazing. Very accommodating and showed us a lot of things to do in Rome.Breakfast was a nice bonus and your normal continental breakfast. We would definitely come back next time we are in Rome.

Alejandro was very nice and helpful - even gave us an upgrade which we appreciated, but no one was ever around if we had a question. We happen to get lucky he was there when we checked in and then we never saw him. He said to call, but we did not feel comfortable doing that. It was very confusing to find the property and difficult to bring our bags up since the lift didn't start at the entrance. The bathroom was very clean, but we were confused on how to use the shower without making a mess without a shower curtain or door. The walls could use a refresh and the area outside our window was filthy. The TV also didn't have even one English speaking channel. I know we were not the only English speaking people there. The breakfast was good, but was set up too late for us and a couple of other people on two of the days. I'm not sure I would stay here again.

This was the second time I stayed at the property in.a week. Alfonso kindly let me leave my main luggage there whilst I went to Venice. The breakfast was lovely as was the room. Customer service is definitely 5 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟. Highly recommend this property.
