Maddalena was the friendliest and most helpful person I’ve ever encountered in any of my hotel experiences. She booked us a reservation to her favorite restaurant, helped us with an unrelated issue we had while in Rome, and made sure our experience was as enjoyable as possible throughout our stay. The hotel was absolutely excellent, but we will most certainly return because of Maddalena.

This was a great hotel located in Avery central location, we walked everywhere. The hotel breakfast was delicious, the staff was nice. The rooms were clean. We didn’t have any issues. We love this hotel.

Rome stop off

This was part of a longer trip so as we could see Rome before our cruise to Lisbon. The hotel was very well positioned for the activities. Breakfast was very good and the room was excellent.

The hotel is very nice. The location is amazing. The ceilings in the room are high. Beds are very comfortable. Shower floor is extremely slippery with half door, which is a big no for me. The shower water switch didn’t work properly, it was either burning hot or cold. The water pressure was so low, I couldn’t wait to be done and leave. Our room came out to the main road, it was incredibly loud all night. Not sure what’s going on with their windows, but there was zero isolation from thr noise coming off of the road. Breakfast area and quality of food for breakfast was great. Service was good. We had a phenomenal view from our room.

Great location for getting to all the attractions. Excellent staff and good rooms . Bed very comfy. Roof top restaurant is great for breakfast as you can eat outside. Space inside is a bit tight. The only criticism would be the cost of the drinks at the bar ( 18euro for a g and t ) puts you offf staying for more

Walkable to major sites. Decor is moody and dark- needs better lighting in rooms. Seems like core staff numbers are low. Cleaning staff skipped room cleaning despite my ask.

We had a fantastic experience at The Glam Hotel! The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location was ideal—just a short walk to major attractions, but tucked away enough to avoid the heavy tourist crowds. It felt like the best of both worlds. One of our favorite parts was the complimentary rooftop breakfast. The spread was extensive, and the views each morning made it such a lovely start to the day. The staff were warm and genuinely helpful, going out of their way to offer great restaurant suggestions and even a local laundry service. We really appreciated their kindness and attention to detail. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

Nice Hotel

Nice Hotel, comfortable rooms and clean. Hotel is not well marked, so make sure to put into google maps. The windows aren’t very sound proof so you do hear a lot of the outside noise when trying to sleep. Nice views, rooftop was comfortable and a nice place to unwind after a day of walking. Street is extremely busy, both pedestrian and traffic with a lot of homeless tents set up, specifically at night around the property and across the street, not a knock on the hotel, but something to be aware of when travelling with kids.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel The Glam in Rome! The room was very comfortable, and the service was excellent — room service was prompt and always attentive. Breakfast was a real highlight, with a great selection and fresh options every morning. The hotel’s location was also perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Rome.
