When we arrived it was raining. We checked in and were told that we needed to walk down the street about 100 ft to our building. My wife and I had 4 suitcases. One reception staff carried one bag to door, saw it was raining and pointed us to the direction of our building . Horrible, not being told in advance that our room was not in main building with all faccilities and for lack of assitance.
The same reception staff attempted to assist us in obtaining a taxi. Again it was raining. After two phone call attempts, he gave up and said sorry. I asked him what we can do and he basically shrugged us off. Not until I raised my voice as I was walking out did he run to assist and flagged us a cab.
Room,- aside from being a B&B without breakfast, was nice. Safe failed on us, but quick to respond.
Inconsistant water tempetature in shower. Very little pressure from shower head but full pressure from shower wand.
Other staff were VERY pleasant it was only one employee who was and always seemed annoyed to assist. Unfortunately i do not recall his name. Im certain hes fielded many complaints . I am fluent in Italian, so our challenges were not a result of language barrier.
Location is good. 15 minute walk to Trevi fountain.
All in all I would not return to this hotel as a result of experiences we had.
Be informed that the "Annex Building" as listed by Expedia, is not attached to Main building.
