Rooms were clean, staff was very pleasant and helpful. Seemed very organized for only being opened a month or so. Very helpful to organize tickets for attractions, busses, metro or even just looking up directions for you. Would definitely stay again

If the rooms had a tea kettle/coffee and/or fridge I would give 5 stars. The staff are amazing. Bruna, Alessio and Giulia were incredibly welcoming and a wealth of information. Everything is brand new, clean and the bed is comfortable. The lobby bar is very nice. There are “galleys” on two of the floors where you can make instant coffee or tea but sadly the “boiling” tap water was barely hot. Breakfast was ok, but personally, I did not find enough value in their breakfast for the extra price of €20 per person.
