This property is in a good location. You are located where restaurants and shopping are accessible Trastevere. You have public transportation as you walk out the door. Sonnino was accessible in communicating to coordinate check in and out because you are on your own after check in. The lady that coordinated check in was nice. Customer service with the men there can improve. If you plan to use this place to just sleep this is an option. We walked to tourists location from this hotel. Location is great.

Nice stay
Hotel staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. Room was very clean. Our only issue was that the hotel states they offer free parking, which is actually only street parking in a very busy area.

We loved our stay here! Room was very clean, has a lovely boutique feel. We were glad to find out that they had an elevator! Ilaria at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. Would absolutely stay again!

Our stay was very nice. We had a quadruple room and it was large and comfortable. The hotel is located in Trastevere just 1 block away from tons lot restaurants and shops. First time we stayed in this part of the city and we loved it. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful and checkin was a breeze.

Room was nice and clean. We were able to drop off our bags early to begin exploring. A/C was a plus in the afternoon. Be aware that this is on the fourth floor of the building. There a small elevator which helped with luggage and was useful at the end of the day. There is no iron in the room but we also didn't ask to use one. We would love to stay again.

Checking time shown while booking and on site is 830am whereas in reality the property lets u check in only by 1pm - we reached at 10 am and then had to wait until 1pm in car to check in. Apart from this we had a great stay

The location is great. It’s a short walk to the Trastevere area which has great restaurants and bars. There are lots of shops as well. The building and room were beautiful. The AC was great, after being in the heat during the day! The staff were friendly and helpful. The lift is a welcome option to the steps if you have luggage to carry. We loved the option to check luggage there on travel days.

A great room for a family of 4. The location is walkable to the Colluseum and there is a taxi rank close by for longer trips. Just outside the BEST dining spot for evenings and a short stroll to the river. The beds were very comfortable and the room quiet. Staff very helpful, and the pick up from the airport was also great.

front desk hours very limited dead bolt on our door was not functional there were very rowdy guests in middle of night and no one to call , there was not an emergency number for anyone in charge Otherwise beds and pillows were very comfortable, room very spacious and cleaned early Hotel is situated on one floor of a multiuse building Perfect location for diningand walking to all the sites

The room was very fancy, albeit a bit dated. We had plenty of space. The TV was very small, but we only used it a little, so, not a huge deal. The shower was very small and the water temp was very inconsistent. The staff was helpful. They helped arrange a car from and to the airport. The room was refreshed daily. The reception area is not manned every day, all day. I left my key card in the room after hours and thought I was completely screwed. I called the number on the booking, and they instructed me on how to get the emergency key card from the outside lock box. OMG!! I don't know what I would have done if they hadn't answered. All that to say, this was a good hotel, near so many key areas. I would recommend staying here.

The unit we stayed in was nice with tall ceilings, all one level, a window that opened to the street/parking area, and plenty of space. We'd wasn't as comfortable as we're used to and shower was a little small. Great for a couple nights! Everything was walkable, even though the area was a little dirty.
