Overall hotel was good, location easy to get around Vatican City. When we dropped off luggage’s before checking time, coming from the port took us about 3.50 hours to get to Rome, wanted to use toilets and he said NO, instead he sent us to use toilets at the Metro station he didn’t care for 2 women in an unknown big city plus we had to paid, get change to use the toilets 👎

Perfect location, felt very safe. House keeping was a bit weak, basic. Sink and mirror not wiped down. Instant coffee not topped up. Towel service was good. Front desk was great, confirmed the tax office we requested for our trip to the airport. Overall 4.5 for the entire stay.

They just chance de sheets and towels, maybe one time the pillow cases. It is very small and inconvenient for someone with disabilities. The bathroom was with would and the mold smell terrible. The location is very convenient, close to saint Peter church.

Excellent accomodations, great location, very clean. They ask for communication ahead of time on WhatsApp. Follow the directions given; we had difficulty finding the building--signage is not obvious. I highly recommend!

Very convenient and It is very near St Peter’s Basilica and everything is walkable. They give vouchers a free breakfast at a nearby restaurant. Getting in and out of the property is very easy using your own code.

We use other ratings and reviews to book so when we saw this property we decided to book. Quite disappointing. The location was good and central. We had two separate rooms Bathrooms were dirty and covered in mould. The shower head had barbs of growth on it the other was broken and water sprayed out everywhere. They did fix this after we complained but not the mould. The rooms are not sound proofed and if you’re unlucky to get the room near the main entrance every time someone enters the block the metal door slams. We had to go and buy ear plugs to help. The shower in one of the rooms was so small even though I’m a UK Size 12-14 I had to enter shower sideways. Beds were made but no clean cups and no spoons for the full 5 days we stayed. Breakfast is not on site as described but in a local cafe which is fine as long as they are open if not tough luck. Rome was amazing but would not book this accommodation again.

Neighborhood is nice with many locals. We were at Via Germanico rooms, small but modern furnishing. Bathroom initially smelled really bad like sewer when we walked in. AC would have some problems staying on. Not much space to lounge besides the bed inside the room if you wanted a break. No hooks to hold towels and hand towels in the bathroom. Bathroom shower caddy had black discoloration looked like mold. Bed was super soft but in an uncomfortable way.

We booked this property because it was supposed to be very close to the Vatican museum, for that it was about nine minute walk, which is great but nowhere to get a hold of the people in charge on a limited time frame. Very poor direction and check in was a joke. This place has 3 buildings with the same address and hard to find the correct one you are staying in. I had to help a young girl that had arrived there with the same address but a different b and b name on her contract . No costumer service at all Ran out of toilet paper and they were telling me to basically go find it in one of the rooms outdoor. Picture looks way better than reality.

Check in was good and everything fine for 4 days but last night air conditioner broke we had to move across town to another room and after having plans to visit during the day at night moving was not fun! They took care of setting us up in another room but it was inconvenient! But area was very nice close to the Basilica of St Peter, St Peter’s Square Vatican City and all other places!
