The hotel was beautiful and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Lots of dining selection, especially directly across the street (Ramon, waiter at restaurant across from the hotel, noticed us as we entered the hotel on our first day and guided us to have lunch/dinner. Best decision!) Starshotel did not disappoint on our honeymoon trip

Fantastic location, clean large rooms. Front desk staff were exceptional on checkin and giving recommendations for the area. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Rome!

The air conditioning and mini fridge did not work. When I reported it to the concierge they sent someone to come fix it promptly however after returning from a long day of tours the ac and fridge were once again not working. It was really late and I didn’t want to wait for someone to be sent back out to the room. I reported it to the front desk and let them know upon checkout. They said they would reach out to me about my complaint but I never heard from them. The hotel was overall in a great location and looked decent upon arrival, the rooms were spacious but the ac not working ruined my stay.

Beautiful hotel!!! Rooms were amazing, cozy and warm! We were celebrating our honeymoon and the Starhotel did not disappoint. The area was safe and offered various opportunities for sightseeing, dining and shopping. The staff were helpful and friendly. Will definitely come again!

The location was great, close to metro and major bus lines. Didn't feel unsafe walking around for dinner or early in the morning to catch a train. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. Also enjoyed the free breakfast and staff were super helpful and accommodating. Would stay here again if need be.

Rude unwelcoming check in, room did not have a functional shower and they repaired it on the last night only. Allesandro the manger did not take accountability and thought complimentary parking was fair for 2/3 days without shower. In addition lied to Expedia and are refusing to give me a partial refund. My point, I shouldn’t pay full price for a room That did not provide a working shower and no WiFi their explanation was because I have an IPhone. It was the worst stay in Italy. DO NOT STAY HERE. We did not enjoy all the stress and lack of courtesy and amenities for a high price.

We are frequent travelers and wanted to be somewhere within walking distance to the Termini station. Within 8 minutes on foot we were at the front door and were awed by the staff's attention to detail and personal touch. Everywhere place we went, from the Hotel's restaurant to the front desk at any time of the day, the Hotel staff knew our names and about our stay. We ordered a box lunch as we had an early plane departure, and each of the 10 euro "box lunches" was enough food for 3 people. The room was large and the bathtub and shower were spacious. Other rooms in our itinerary just didn't measure up to this hotel. If it is not a 5 star hotel, it should be.

The hotel is very centric, we walk to many places like Santa Maria Maggiore Pope Cathedral, many shops near by, restaurants, pharmacies. Take the bus or the train in Rome is easy and cheap.
