The apartment is clean, spacious and well equipped. After travelling for 2 weeks, it is such a luxury to be able to wash all our dirty clothes and cook simple meals. Washer/dryer has small capacity and slow. Takes ages to wash our clothes. But manageable. Stove seems to have some problem. Even though there are 4 cookers, can only use 1 at a time. Not a major issue. First 2 days we were unable to find the light switch for the building corridor or stairway. It's pitch dark and I had to use the torch function on my phone to illuminate the place. The statues at the main lobby looked really creepy. I was really spooked out. The stairway has this awful sewage smell. Maybe this is the norm for local to go into a pitch dark building and switch on thr lights. However for people who are accustomed to brighter condition, this is scary and not an ideal first impression. Suggest to consider motion detection lights that turn on automatically, and do something to the smell!

Our room was a bit dated but was a great size, cleaned every day and very comfortable. The receptionist that checked us in was lovely. I'm not exaggerating to say that it was maybe the friendliest check in we have ever had. She was so lovely!

SuiteDreams in Rome Perfect Hotel for Traveler
The hotel in a good walkable area, safe. Very clean room it met the needs we needed a 1 night overnight stay before leaving to catch a cruise the next day. Staff was courteous, spoke English, Spanish and Italian and the nightly rate was a great deal.

Hotel staff was very helpful with any questions that you have. On one of the amenities it says they have laundry. They don’t have it. Laundry is about seven minutes walking to clean yourself. We had planned to stay here for that reason to wash our clothes here. The area is noisy. I dont know if people were working behind the hotel but they were shouting at 4 am . Always hearing sirens , but thats part of being in a big city, it is close to the train station. The rooms are very clean. Comfortable bed

The hotel room was nice and clean. Two comfy beds, mini fridge and coffee maker. The hostess was kind and helpful. It's near the metro station but the neighborhood is not the best.

A pleasant stay - did find the room and bed fairly comfortable and spacious but the water in the shower took a while to get warm and then hot - housekeeping was not every day (unsure if was meant to be or not) but was thorough …. Maybe too much so! Some noise early as to be expected but the location and price are outstanding.

Great stay. Room was really big. Nic bathroom. Jacuzzi tube. Only two jets out of six worked in the tube. Center city. Walked to all the sites. Block away from main street so plenty of places to eat and drink.

Traditional building with original lift at the centre, this hotel has modernised their part of the building. The bed was very comfortable with very good air conditioning. The only issue we had was with the plumbing in our particular room (Orange) the water pressure was weak at the basin but extremely strong with the hand held shower head, weak again with the rain shower. I’m sure this can be sorted out. Otherwise a lovely stay. Walking distance to all areas although very close to the Metro station and very easy to use. The staff were lovely and very helpful.
