The moment we walked into the lobby, we weren’t exactly hit with a five-star vibe – more like ‘three-star and trying its best!’ The furniture and stairs looked like they’d seen better days, and we definitely scratched our heads for a second. The rooms were decent, but let’s just say they weren’t winning any luxury awards. On the bright side, the staff was fantastic – super friendly and eager to help, which definitely helped polish things up!

The good: decent size rooms and bathroom for European standards. Staff really friendly and helpful. The bad : no way it is a 5 star hotel. Maybe 4 at most. It was quite disappointing in that sense. Old furniture, lose toilet cover, clogged drain in the shower, old fixtures.

I first want to say that the staff were amazing! Alex went above and beyond to assist us with all our questions and inquires and recommendations. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is walking distance to restaurants and tourist attractions. It is in a beautiful location. The breakfast was one of the best in Rome! You will definitely see us again when we are back and Rome!

My recent stay at The H’all Tailor Suite Hotel in Rome warrants a candid review of the establishment's shortcomings. Despite its promising facade, the reality proved disheartening. Throughout the duration of my week-long visit, I encountered a series of dismaying incidents that marred the experience. The service at this hotel was consistently lackluster, marked by a concerning lack of professionalism and hospitality from the staff. Their demeanor was notably rude and unsustainable practices were prevalent, casting doubt on the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction and environmental responsibility. The breakfast options provided were disappointingly limited in both variety and quality. However, the most alarming discovery was the presence of mold on several food items. This egregious oversight not only compromises the health and safety of guests but also calls into question the hotel's adherence to basic hygiene standards. I have documented these concerns with photographic evidence and strongly recommend a thorough inspection of The H’all Tailor Suite Hotel to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Until these issues are addressed in a comprehensive manner, I cannot in good faith endorse this establishment to discerning travelers seeking a pleasant and hygienic accommodation experience in Rome.
