I liked: location, design, a lot of professionals and families, lots to do on the grounds for family and friends traveling, free water in the room Didnt like: they did not change the sheets even though you can see makeup stains, didnt really clean the room, fridge is very small Improvements: host daily activities for your guests to allow them to mingle. As a solo traveler i would have appreciated and the bar was one of the reasons I picked this place to allow me to socialize in a safer way.

Would definitely return here. Before we went on our trip we saw reviews about loud construction noise, no pool etc. We had no issues at all. The pool is open but is undergoing chemical treatment. The rooftop is very welcoming and a great place to relax. Our room was extremely clean with maid service every day should we have wanted it. We were surprised to learn there was a gym and laundry washing facilities in the basement of the hotel. My husband used the gym and there were brand new technogym machines in there. Only grumble would be the bed being a bit squeaky, may be because no head board. Just irritating when turning over in bed during the night. If this is the only issue, it’s a good stay! The hotel room had a hair dryer and quality body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There was also a fridge and a safe. We had a drink in the bar a few nights and it’s reasonably priced and the bar staff were fantastic. We didn’t pay for breakfast as we did think that was overpriced at €17 per person each day. We found lovely corenettaria 9 min walk away and had plenty for less than €10 togeher. Close to local transport just takes a minute to get your head around. Fantastic stay, thank you!

The property is brand new and has many amenities. It’s in a great location if you want to use public transportation and go to restaurants that aren’t overwhelmed with tourists.

Location is not that great as it is kinda far from main attractions. Colosseum is about 30 minute walk away. Area around hotel can be a little shady at night but the property itself is excellent and staff is very very kind and attentive. Rooms were clean and comfortable

Daniele and team are awesome! The breakfast was great and we appreciated the gluten free accommodations. Exterior blackout shade for the rooms was a great touch and the terraces are wonderful. Pool looks nice too! The in room drip coffee was a nice value add. Overall - great set up! Short walk to a great strip of restaurants for pizza, pasta and desert. Easy 15 minute walk to Roma Termini where you can take the Leonardo Express directly to and from airport.

This is possibly the most beautiful, stylish and clean hotel I have ever stayed in. I appreciate it’s new and expected it to be very tidy and polished but staying here was a fantastic experience. From the spacious grounds that you walk through, to the stylish reception, it has a friendly warm atmosphere. Everything about this hotel was perfect; they even make delicious coffees, pastries and cocktails in the bar too. There were some fantastic food options nearby for a real authentic Italian dining experience as well. The only downside is that the location could seem a little “rough around the edges” when you walk from Roma Termini or central Rome. I am used to living in busy cities so it didn’t phase me, but there is a railway bridge to walk under. Overall though I highly recommend this hotel for a city break!

It's a big complex and modern new hotel in the midst of ancient Rome. The bed room is a bit narrow but not a big problem, bathroom is good size. Everything else is good and convenient.

I’m so glad I found this place for a trip for Italy. It was modern, fun and the amenities were incredible. Right when we were walked in, we were greeted and everyone was so kind which was well needed after such a long flight. There were plenty of local restaurants all around us and a few convenience stores, which were great for us to grab a few snacks and water. I also love that we were walking distance from the main station so we can easily hop on a tram, a bus or have a convenient place for a taxi to pick us up. The pizza shop that is attached to this hotel was phenomenal and fresh tasting. I love the fact that they not only had the rooftop bar, but there was a bar on the inside that not only served alcohol, but pastries, and coffee as well. If I can give this place an 11 out of 10, I would. I have absolutely no complaints from our stay and I highly recommend if you are staying in the Rome area to 100% stay at this hotel it is well worth it.
