Room was huge. Aircon working! Nice bath robe. Breakfast was decent. The location is really good... walking distance to all sites. Staff very friendly. Id stay here again!

Great location
Location was superb close to everything. We had a good experience with the service they provide. Massimo at counter were helpful and especially Martina was extra helpful in making our stay happy n comfortable. Breakfast n coffee were great . Highly recommended the hotel.

Nice location, pathetic staff
Location is great and surprisingly quiet given that it's on a busy street. Sadly, the hotel may as well have been un-manned; the staff was utterly useless. Not only does the front desk staff NEVER greet guests (not a "Good Morning" nor "Good Evening" in four days), but when I dared to ask one if he could help with a dinner reservation (because I don't speak Italian and don't have an international phone that would have allowed a free local call), I was told to go online myself and figure out how to contact the restaurant. Really?! Would calling on my behalf have been so difficult? Hotels in the historic center of Rome certainly aren't cheap, so it would have been nice to feel more welcome there instead of a burden to the employees. The only exception to the unpleasant crew was Cristiano in the breakfast room who was warm and friendly, smiled and greeted us daily, and remembered what beverages we liked from our first morning so that he didn't even ask for our order on the subsequent mornings.

The Talent Hotel is most conveniently located in the heart of Rome. The facilities are up to date and hotel is kept very clean. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The room is comfortable but lacks sufficient dresser storage. The single window has a view of the roof top (very ugly).

Overall I liked the property, and the location, there were a couple minor things, like our AC had a leak, which they fixed and our shower didn’t drain well, but overall the location was fantastic, walkable to great restaurants and great sites.

The location of the hotel was great! Food was limited to breakfast (which we were unable to use due to early morning activities) and from 5pm to 8pm (when you would never need food since you were going out and the hotel offered other food options. The guest room was awkward as was the shower. Our room had a small balcony which we used and loved. It would have been a great hotel for half the price.

The property was beautiful and located in a really nice area of town where you could access everything within 10 or 15 minutes of walking. The hotel staff went out of their way to help us watch our luggage and make sure our transportation was set and was so very kind to us. I would definitely go back to visit the site and stay for longer. The breakfast was delicious.

Great location for being in the center of Rome
Very nice, clean boutique hotel. We stayed in a junior suite that had 2 bedrooms each with a king bed and a shared sitting room. No real view from windows but this is Old Rome and buildings are close together. Air-conditioned. Large roomy bathrooms. Free breakfast just down the hall which made it super convenient to start our day. Happy hour offered daily. Dinner reservations must be made 24 hours in advance. Room service available. This is a prime location on Via del Corso. We literally had to look both ways before stepping out onto the sidewalk as we exited the hotel. Airport shuttle from hotel to airport can be reserved at front desk( we paid $65 for private car). All popular tourists sites were walkable for us.

The location was fantastic, and the cleanliness was impeccable. While some of the staff were incredibly friendly, others didn’t seem as welcoming. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I’d hoped; the mattress had a noticeable dip in the middle, and the memory foam pillows were too firm for my taste. Despite these issues, the overall experience was positive and the place was very enjoyable.
