Great Hosts & Location for tourists!
Great location to all the tourist sites. Our hosts Marco and James were very friendly and tended to all our requests and questions- they were delightful! The breakfast was good and the room clean & comfortable. We will be back again!

Friendly helpful staff. Great location with a bus stop to several buses at the front door of the hotel. We were also close to the SIT bus to get to the airport. Breakfast was made to order by James, the helpful assistant. About 10 minutes walking to the Vatican and 15-20 minutes walk from the historical quarter. It was nice to get back to our residential neighborhood after visiting crowded streets, with plenty of good restaurants nearby, and felt very safe. We also used electric scooters and bikes on the well manicured bicycle lanes. Excellent stay!

Great affordable place to stay in Rome
Quick and easy check in. Great to have elevator access as suites are on the 3rd floor. Relatively central location - walked to all main tourist attractions within 35 min or less. Safe area with many shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. Choice of breakfast items to order each morning.

The property was ideal. The bed was comfortable and room facilities great. The air con was superb and a must in 38 degree temperatures. The staff I cannot fault. They were very helpful, friendly and went that extra mile by giving us a surprise bottle of wine having found out it was our wedding anniversary I highly recommend the property and would use again.

James was very pleasant when checking in. Our room was clean and spacious. Comfortable bed and pillows. Complimentary wine was a very nice touch. We enjoyed breakfast delivered to the room each morning too. Location is convenient for walking and the subway wasn’t far either. We would stay here again.

We stayed in room 2 and it was beautiful. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, refrigerator (cold for Italian standards) and it was in a great location. We were able to walk to Vatican City, Trevi Fountain and Trastevere. Breakfast in the room was a nice addition. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The location was the main draw. Within a 1.5 miles we saw all of the sites, Vatican, Forum, Colosseum, Panteon. There were no end of great places to eat. Lots of stores from kwike-marts to Prada.
