I had a very pleasant stay at Trastevere Sweet Hotel! The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Trastevere, with charming streets, restaurants, and cafes just a short walk away. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with recommendations and tips for getting around. The air conditioning worked well

Perfect spot
Perfect spot for a quick visit to Rome. Close to the train station and easy walking distance to great restaurants and Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere. The room was clean and comfortable, ideal for a couple. We received an open and warm reception when we arrived and owner/operator was always there to answer questions and provide suggestions for places to eat and visit.

Located right outside bus and tram stop, 10-15 minute walk to trastevere main neighborhood and about 20-25 minute walk to Rome city center. Overall great stay in a quiet area with small authentic dining options very close and more touristy areas and dining options walkable.

The on site gentleman, Maurizio, was very considerate, kind and very hospitable. The bathroom toilet in room 101 was too crammed in a tiny corner. If you weigh more than 180 lbs or are taller than 5’10” don’t even think about being able to fit. Other than that the room was nice.

The suite was alright, it was hard to find though as the map link from expedia toom us to the wrong location- the address was correct so when used outside of the app we were able to find the location. HORRIBLE and FILTHY. DO NOT Stay at this hotel. The smell was unbearable when we arrived at the “hotel”. It smelled like something may have died. Did not feel safe. The bedding, couch and walls were filthy. Pictures do not represent at all.

Maura and her father were wonderful. My major concern was the toilet, It’s situated in a weird angle which makes it uncomfortable to use. Shower was very small as well. Our Overall stay was ok . The good side of it … properly is close to all attractions and meeting points for all tours. It’s 30 minutes to Coliseum, you can walk or take a taxi -we walked twice -and piazzas churches pantheon and cathedral catacombs. Rome was an amazing experience

Good place for a quick stay in Rome if you just need a place to rest your head at night. Shower was very small, but knew that going in. Staff was very friendly and it's located right near a rail line.
