We originally booked a room in the annex building on Expedia. It said there was an elevator on the website but after booking we found out there were 31 steps to get to the first floor!! That was impossible as I am currently handicapped in need of a hip replacement. We tried to get a refund but the hotel would not give it to us. Instead they told us they would "upgrade" us to a triple room in the main building with the elevator. We thought that would be fine but upon arrival our room was a double with only a double bed. They put in a roll-away bed and we were told it was now a triple!! The room now was very cramped, the beds were hard and the pillows even harder! They would not give us any compensation for this which I thought was wrong. To add insult to injury they said they had luggage storage but then charged us 60 Euro store it there! On a positive note the staff was very, very nice! Especially Kris and the gentleman at the desk. Really wonderful people. I would not stay there again but you can judge for yourself
