We had a wonderful stay at Una Hotel in Trastevere! The location is perfect for exploring the charm of the neighborhood while still being close to all the main sights in Rome. The hotel itself is stylish, comfortable, and very well maintained, but what truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. Beatriz, Alice, and Sopia went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were warm, professional, and always ready with a smile and great recommendations. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our stay feel special, and we truly appreciated how attentive they were to every request. During our stay there was a transit strike and Beatriz again went above and beyond to assist us with rebooking trains and transportation during this difficult time. Thanks to their care, we felt completely at home and well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend Una Hotel to anyone visiting Rome, and we look forward to returning!

Our stay at Una Hotel Trastevere was outstanding! From the moment we booked, the staff made us feel so well taken care of. Alice, the guest relations manager, was incredible — she responded to every email right away and even shared wonderful tips for our week in Ravenna, drawing from her own travels there. She’s truly warm-hearted and such a pleasure to deal with. On the day of our departure, we learned there was a transportation strike, but Beatriz immediately stepped in and arranged reliable transfers so we could reach our train to Ravenna without any stress. Sophia and the rest of the team were also so kind and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and welcoming, with excellent service at every turn. The breakfast buffet deserves a special mention — the food was fresh, delicious, and plentiful. We would absolutely recommend Una Hotel Trastevere to anyone visiting Rome. Exceptional staff, superb food, and an unforgettable experience!

We’ve stayed at this brand before. It’s a beautiful hotel but overall this one was sub-par. Area was close to Travestare which was great, but area surrounding hotel was marginal. Homeless people and dirty. In the room, only paper cups for coffee and these and coffee, etc were not replenished after Day 1. Rooftop bar lovely but service was incredibly slow, given there were as many wait staff as clients the night we were there. The hotel offered to call a car service for us (to airport). Instead they called a taxi which didn’t show up. Every time we asked where the car was they said “i think it’s coming”. For a luxury brand this one did not deliver on this stay.

Nice hotel. Breakfast buffet was great. Very nice rooftop bar. Great restaurants with outdoor seating right near hotel. Trastereve is a cool area in Rome. Walkable to many restaurants. We also did a fun 4 hr foodie tour here and I highly rec the golf cart tours of Rome.

Awful room location! Hotel would not change it..

We arrived at this beautiful hotel and were very excited until we saw the location of our room. We were put on the sixth floor in a room that had two employee storage rooms on the left of the door and an elevator to the right of the door. When we looked out of the window, it faced a very small and dark courtyard. I immediately went to the front desk and asked for a room change. They told me that they were full and could not change our room. Very early in the morning meaning maybe five or 6 AM staff started to enter the storage rooms and it was very noisy. I believe this was the absolute worst room in the entire hotel and I believe we were given it because we used hotels.com to book our reservation. This room was so isolated from the rest of the hotel that they actually must have forgotten to make it up one day and I needed to request clean towels and a replenished coffee set up. As well, my reservation clearly said that we would be given a complementary bottle of Italian wine when I made the booking. This was not the case. When I inquired I was told that we did not qualify for the wine. I wasn't given an I wasn't given a good explanation as to why not. We felt as though we were second rate guests because we booked through a third party even though we paid almost $400 a night for the four nights we were at this hotel. I am extremely disappointed, and even though this was a beautiful little boutique hotel, my experience was not a good one at all.
