Slept very well. Nice breakfast. Great front staff. Affordable and well positioned. Walked to Villa Doria Pamphili. Walked to Trastevere train station or take 1 bus. Easy access to historic Rome. Fun beer garden beside hotel. Would highly recommend.

We arrived early, and the staff was kind enough to hold our luggage while we explored the area. However, the air conditioning was non-functional, remaining fixed at a certain temperature despite our efforts to adjust it. The on-site restaurant offered limited vegetarian options, and the complimentary breakfast, included in the package, had a restricted selection. Unfortunately, breakfast service did not begin until 7:30 a.m., causing us to miss it due to early tours. Additionally, the hotel is located about 20 to 25 minutes from central Rome, which could be inconvenient for those with time-sensitive plans. Housekeeping services were also delayed; on one occasion, despite placing the "make up room" sign on the door at 7:30 a.m., our room was not serviced by the time we returned around 2:30/3:00 p.m. Overall, it’s a decent hotel but nothing fancy.

Séjour agréable à la Villa Zaccardi à Rome. Personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute des voyageurs. Petit déjeuner de qualité. Hôtel bien placé pour se rendre dans le centre ville de Rome et au Vatican via les lignes de bus Romaines. Quelques petits bémols : - Il est marqué que l'établissement parle Français or aucune personne ne parlait Français lors de notre séjour. Il s'agissait pourtant d'un des motifs de ma réservation (d'ou la baisse de la note) ; - Chambres petites pour un séjour d'une semaine à deux.

The property had a nice restaurant, good food. Continental breakfast was a nice touch. Housekeeping was just OK. We didn't get bathroom ammenities for 2 days during our stay. The room itself was nice, but the bathroom had it's own issues. We did have to take a taxi or bus to get to most historical sites, which was an added expense due to the location. It was a good hotel, just not great, and didn't provide an enhancement to our trip.

The room is very comfortable and nice and clean. The hotel itself is nice, it has a restaurant with slowwwww service. The neighbourhood doesn't seem to have much, there are a lot of gelato places and a few restaurants scattered. No notable shopping. We had trouble finding things to do, see in the area.

The room was nice! However AC didn’t work, TV didn’t work and there were lots of mosquitos and we got lots of bites. We also had kids running around pounding on our door late at night, but the front desk staff was able to take care of that and make sure they were with their parents. Overall it was a nice hotel.

The staff was amazing, form the time we checked in and during the stay. Food and service at the hotels restaurant was good, but for the same money you would eat 3 dinners on other authentic Italian restaurants within 3-4 blocks way. Hotel was garage, pretty small for 3 people to sleep but nothing to be impressed with. The area around hotel was pretty dirty and very dusty, probably cause the there has been no rain in Rome for a few weeks, yet not so great. DONOT take the boat tour...it's nasty dirty and u cans see nothing (unlike in Paris).
