Really modern hotel that is close to the main attractions. Easily accessible by the vaporetto and the staff is very friendly. Will definitely be back when i get back to Venice!!

Simply Amazing! I simply do not recall a whole staff team as amazing as this one. Extremely attentive, helpful and always with great attitude.

Very clean and spacious. Close to St Marks Square. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay there again.

Excellent location for St Marks Square and transport links. Really good breakfast!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! The location was perfect. The taxi could drive us from the airport straight to the doorstep. The water taxi stop was right outside the back door. The staff were very helpful from arranging dinner reservations to providing a private boat and tour of a wonderful glass blowing factory on Murano. They are extremely knowledgeable and eager to please. The room itself was beautiful with giant windows overlooking the canal. Even the bathroom was impressive with a large shower that had jets shotting water from all different directions. Definitely worth the price.

Great communication from booking until leaving. Small hotel (only 8 rooms) but centrally located to many attractions and water taxi stations. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Clean. Great service. Amazing breakfast. Helpful staff. Would stay again.
