Die Aussicht, das Frühstück und das Essen im Restaurant waren ausgezeichnet. Super war auch, dass wir eine ÖV-Karte für den ganzen Kanton Tessin bekamen. Leider war unser Zimmer etwas ringhörig und das Badezimmer hatte keine Heizung.

Hotel mit traumhafter Lage.
Das Hotel hat eine wunderbare Lage. Der Service und das Personal sehr gut. Das Frühstück war super und der Nlick von der Terasse dazu einzigartig. Das Zimmer welches wir hatten ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Sonst war der Aufenthalt im Hotel Ronco sehr gut.

Empfang war sehr freundlich, das Mittagessen sehr fein und wurde von einem freundlichen Herrn serviert. Aussicht sensationell. Abendessen auch sehr gut. Service beim Abendessen liess zu Wünschen übrig. Unfreundlich und wir wurden behandelt, als wären wir einen Störfaktor im Restaurant. Die selbe Person bediente auch beim Frühstück. Auch hier wieder äusserst unfreundlich.

Magnificent View over Lago Maggiore
I read in a tour book after we were at the hotel that the view from the terrace and the church next door is considered to be one of the most beautiful over Lago Maggiore, and I would have to agree! The weather was, unfortunately, not good while we were there (cold, drizzly), so we couldn't enjoy all of the outdoor options offered by the hotel, but the view in itself was enough to make the visit worthwhile.

Einfaches Zimmer, aber sauber. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Wunderschöne Terrasse mit Restaurant und Pool. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die blinde Hotelerie
Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig aber alt und das Bad in einem Zustand den man Hotelgästen nicht mehr zumuten sollte, Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und die Bedienung ok. Das Essen als solches war gut aber die Preise im höheren Bereich. Wein trinken im Restaurant erscheint mir als absoluter Luxus. In einem Weinbau und Ferienkanton würde ich etwas anderes erwarten! Kommt endlich von eurem hohen Ross runter und bewegt euch ihr Hotelier's. Nicht immer nur jammern über den teuren Standort und die hohen Kosten, sondern bietet euren Gästen einfach ein bischen mehr.
