No reasonable coffee, no towel racks, no conditioner, old and soiled room rug. not worth the money The servers in the rooftop bar were terrible. They did more talking between themselves than serving. On two occasions we saw them talking and joking about so much that those seated outside had to come in to beg for service. The worst case was a British couple that had to come in to offer to pay for their two glasses of wine that they just received, but didn't have the time to drink as their "bus was leaving". The owner of this hotel is leaving A LOT OF EUROS ON THE TABLE because of these jokers. BTW the worst performer was the shortest one.

The hotel and room were very nice. Spacious room, great hotel facilities and location. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that the person at the reception was not very very attentive and did not show interest in helping us with information about the parking and other things, even hanging out the phone with no complete information on what to do about the car. And also, the room is beautiful, modern, we had a fantastic view but the mattress is horrendous!!!! Gave us both backache.

I had to find a hotel after ours had closed without notice for remodeling . We booked on our way to hotel. Once we arrived , Diego was amazing and super helpful we were leaving early in the morning and had breakfast picnic baskets ready for us. We definitely will go back and spend more time there in Rhona .

Great location right in the centre of town. Pool and bar have a great view over the bull ring, albeit the pool was freezing so couldn't swim in it, despite it being a hot day. Room was great and had everything we needed. Great stay overall.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is great, comfortable rooms, general upscale feeling. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Our room was huge and felt luxurious. I booked the cheapest one but we got upgraded. Nice comfortable mattress, quiet. The room has a Nespresso machine and a teakettle. Everything is close and convenient. Parking garage is a short distance away but you can park across the street for a short period of time to unload and then hotel staff takes the car to the garage or you can drive it to the garage yourself. There are a number of nice restaurants in the area and the famous bridge is just few steps away down the road. And the city around is just wonderful.

Great location, walking distance to everything. Right next to restaurants and shopping and the bull ring. A short walk to the bridge and to the parks with the outlooks over the canyon. Staff is very helpful with discounted parking, and has a valet certain hours of the day. King size bed, huge shower with great water pressure, and large rooms. Nice rooftop resturant and bar that overlooks the bull ring.
