Check in was smooth and fast, staff is very helpful and so nice. Beds and pillows were good and had better towels second day. Spa was nice for the price, but didnt get a lot of instructions on how to turn the jets on. Stay was very nice and terrace was great for sunset!

Ronda is an amazing town. The hotel is OK. Hotel feels a little worn, however I loved the bullring pictures in the room. Staff could have been a little more friendlier.

The spa was terrible. The jets in the pool didn’t work, nor did one of the overhead showers and the water was tepid at best. The staff gave us robes and slippers only to find out we’d be charged for the lousy slippers we threw out at checkout. Generally, the staff was pretty surly, except for the nice man early in the morning who made me coffee.
