Let’s start with customer service. It was nonexistent. Personnel’s upfront did not make you feel at home. It made you feel like you’re going to a motel. The curve of appeal is terrible absolutely terrible the room when you first walk in it does look clean however, the sheets were ripped. The window curtains were ripped. The toilet bowl kept running. It was not operable the shower look like it was about to come off overall it’s not somewhere you would take someone special. It looks like a motel.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Every single exterior door and interior hall door has a huge sign that reads: THIS DOOR IS LOCKED 24 HOURS, PLEASE USE GUEST ROOM KEY TO RE-ENTER. Every single exterior door and interior hall door not only opened without a key, they never properly shut. The front sliding doors have a 3 inch gap at the bottom because it is also broken. Thursday night, I arrived back from dinner very late and every first floor corridor window was open, the door to the pool was propped open and the pool gate was left unlocked. The first room Samantha gave me was on 2nd floor with no elevators and I have health issues. So she gave me a second room on the first floor right next to the unlocked corridor doors. Room 175 came with glass pieces in the tub, broken tissue dispenser, no hangers and no shampoo. All of which I could deal with but the room door lock was so broken I could not use the deadbolt and the screws holding the metal plate to the door were coming out or missing altogether. I called down an a lovely and professional man named Paul came and after 30 minutes of trying to repair the door, called to get me a third room. Samantha tried to put me back on the 2nd floor and he told her no, she needs 1st floor. Room three was ok-Only issue was cold to tepid showers no matter what time of the day. My biggest issue was Samantha. Her rudeness was incredible both at check in and check out. Shout out to Paul who moved me to a safer room and Jose who helped me as I was leaving.

Horror Hotel

the person at the front desk was not very friendly or professional. There was no a/c in the lobby and it was very outdated. The whole hotel was old and very in need of a massive up grade. We had a bug in our room and the shower pressure was no better than a garden hose. I was not very happy with the constant Police Prescence for 2 days. The fire alarm system was not working and the security doors did not lock at night. I would not recommend this hotel to any one

This hotel was not inhabitable! Another patron who checked in 5 mins. prior to me, came out after viewing his room, and advised me to reconsider staying there. He felt it was not safe or clean for his family or mine.

Awful stay

So many things were terrible. Place was dirty , old and run down. AC unit did not work well and constantly went on and off and did not cool room off well. People slammed doors early in the morning. One of the reasons selected this hotel was a Pool and it was filthy and had green tint to it and algae on the pool. There were also black pellets which looked like from feces all over the pool deck. The side entrance door leading into the entrance of hotel where rooms located did not lock at all. Could not wash clothes after 10pm.
