No heat, the room when we walked in was like a freezer. Cigarette burn holes on sheets and blankets. The room was so cold and uncomfortable to stay the night in. We left and spent the night in the warm car instead. We were so disappointed we didn’t even ask about another room.

Says no smoking but place has overwhelming smell of smoke. Literally had a glass shattered door. I don't know how they call themselves a hotel. Couldn't even stay, just left, waste of money

Hotel should be condemned

The building was cold the heat did not work properly the facility was filthy there were numerous broken windows throughout the building with ugly looking blue tape attached to it to keep it from crumbling to the ground the bed was broken and lopsided as well as the lamp the telephone did not work at all the curtains wouldn't close properly leaving us exposed to unwanted observers the water took a very long time to heat up and only became lukewarm and not comfortably hot the toilet seat moved about underneath you there were no bathroom amenities such as soap lotion or mouthwash or toothpaste there were no trash bags in either of the garbage cans there was no iron no hair dryer and no remote for the TV just to name a few things off the top of my head I've taken many pictures of everything I've described so far and of course even this page won't allow me to upload pictures to prove what I'm telling you all go figure...! Call me at 443-687-4490 if you want pictures this page like everything else doesn't work to that extent

Property is very run down. No sinage to help guide you where to go. Also required $100 deposit for security. Cash they would refund next day credit card would take a few days. Never experienced that before usually they just hold credit card. Bed was comfy and front desk was nice enough.
