The hallway stunk like cat pee, the outside doors did not lock at night, the room had a mildew smell. The water in the bathroom sink ran continuously. I could go on and on. There are more people living in this hotel vs travelers. We encountered people hanging out on the stairwell smoking. Not to mention there is no elevator in the building and they didn’t have a room available on the first floor for us at check in which made it extremely difficult to carry luggage upstairs. The ice machines didn’t work vending machines were empty. Room was NASTY. Don’t get me started on the shower I went to a friends to shower for the 5 days of our stay.

This place needs all the carpeting replaced, fresh paint and new vending and ice machines. It is basically a large motel trying to sell itself as a hotel. Most of the motel is not being used and the bar/restaurant looked really sketchy and we decided to go elsewhere for food/drink.

There was absolutely nothing I liked about this hotel. Expedia's version of a five-star hotel is sorely mistaken, misleading and needs to be updated to a two or a three. The there was no lighting in the parking lot, that parking lot needed to be redone, you walk in and the place smelled of oldness, the person at the front desk was ever so helpful which I will give him that. I had to walk through a hallway of carpeting that was coming up in different areas which created a trip hazard, travel in an elevator in which the floor looked like it was going to collapse under me, and endure and odd smell in the halls. The ice machine was old and broken. I got to my room was so disgusted. It was old and had a lingering scent I can't place. The only clean part of the entire room was the bed. I was not comfortable in the area either. I didn't feel safe in or out of the hotel. I left 20 minutes later and spent the extra money to stay somewhere else. This place needs a complete overhaul.

The absolute worst hotel I could reserve. That place deserved to be demolished. Mold is present almost everywhere. Water was leaking from the faucet. The place is dirty and in a state of neglect. The staff were unfriendly and lacked minimal professionalism. You expect that type of accommodation and service (or lack of) in a motel in Calcutta. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemies.

There’s a difference between a tired hotel and one that isn’t maintained, this isn’t maintained. *Security door looks into the building don’t work so doors are propped open *Broken windows were either taped up with plastic bags or just left broken *Hallway carpets had ripples that you trip over *Our a/c didn’t work, and leaving the window open wasn’t an option. *The lobby was nice, and our towels were clean.

The hotel is very old and outdated. It’s disgusting. Paint is layered on the walls so thick that it’s just chipping off. The sinks faucet are rusted. The bathtub faucets are also rusted and coming out of the walls. The A/C does not work in the lobby and does not work adequately in the rooms. There was a huge centipede on the wall of the room. The TVs are not smart tv limited cable channels available. Guest are not allowed I. The lobby area unless checking in/out. Business area is closed. The bedding is God knows how old. Double room beds are full size not Queen. 0 out of 10 do not recommend. Hotel needs a renovation. Staff is stand offish. Maintenance man was nice.

Horrible horrible horrible. I'm surprised Expedia even recommends this place. It's old, dirty and feels very unsafe. My family and I were there for only two days and in those two days we saw staff barging into a guest's room because of suspicious behavior, guests fighting with the front desk to the point where police were called, homeless people wandering the corridors including a man with a black eye and plastic bag mumbling to himself, a guest angrily warning us that the place had bugs and the room next to us had guests having loud sex and cursing and were clearly using the hotel for sex work. We booked three rooms and the front staff insisted we only booked two and then turned around and accused us of making a mistake when they were the ones who did. The rooms were dirty-my sheets had hair on them so it was clear the beds had been made with unwashed sheets. The hotel smelled so bad and probably hasn't been updated since the 1980s. We were in town from out of state for a wedding and all the nicer hotels were booked and it was just going to be a short stay but please don't book here for any extended period of time, it's an absolute nightmare of a hotel.
