Subpar comfort
Bed linen was subpar. Very light blanket over old flat sheet only. Poor pillows, small and not comfortable and extremely lumpy. Street noise high as well as the neighboring room TV from approximately 2 am unitl we left at 6 in the morning. Heater was extremely noisy as well.

For the price and location it was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room has a microwave and fridge. The bed was hard and I felt the springs, but that is really my only complaint.

We canceled our reservation once we saw the room. . Seemed someone occupied the room right before our arrival. Room was not clean, TV was on as though someone had recently been u side watching TV and smoking.

First off the area where this hotel is located in seedy at best. The deal has a bullet proof partition that is 1 inch thick, this did not make me feel safe right off the bat. Although the desk clerk was accommodating it was difficult to hear him through the thick glass. Next was parking by the room, as soon as we pulled into a spot my wife and I noticed a car full of unsavory looking people and they were smoking crack. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable. We then proceeded to the room and although it appeared clean as soon as we turned on the light to the bathroom we noticed cockroaches scurrying around. My wife went to wash her hands and got burned because there was NO COLD water only hot. We immediately went to the front desk to get a refund. The desk clerk insisted he needed to see our complaint and made me wait while he went to check. He came back and informed us he had called the police for the drug users in the parking lot and then issued me a refund for the room. Please DO NOT STAY here EVER!!!! Unsafe and dangerous.

Needs updating, mattress is terrible, needs more sound deadening materials in the walls etc. the traffic and large trucks made it impossible to sleep... very low quality mattresses.

Check-in was easy and convenient, especially since I checked in at midnight. However, the room smelled musty, and like people smoked in the room. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the shower backed up when I was taking a shower. I wouldn’t recommend staying here and would not return.
