Overall the hotel itself was great. The rooms were nice. We did hand an issue with the smell is one of our rooms and our had to be moved. The second room was a little better but still had a sour odor. The breakfast choices could have been better. It was not equipped for lane groups of people. The breakfast selection was very limited.

The Elevators were dirty and slow. Our room was not available for 45 minutes. We arrived at 4:10 when checkin begins at 3. Our mirror was still dirty. The hotel needs some repairs. Wallpaper coming off. Caulk needing repair.

The hotel and room were clean and well maintained, the room had a lot of nice features and the staff were very pleasant. The A/C in the room never quite got as cold as desired especially during the day. Sarah Grant at the front desk was absolutely wonderful, very friendly and helpful. When she found out my daughter's family was also staying at the hotel, she made sure to put me in a room on the same floor.
