The ladies at reception were a delight. The location is great and parking is good but often full. With the balcony, we could enjoy the evenings of the walk. It is a little past its prime but a great location for the cost and view.

Centrally situated, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable with no issues with noise. I felt that the bath/shower was a bit dangerous as there was no anti slip surface on the baths floor.

Prime Location
Loved this Hotel, especially the location on the seafront and amongst the Cafes and shops. Sea view rooms were just spectacular and the Staff Members in Reception were extremely friendly & helpful.The only small downfall was the lack of local parking spaces when arriving just before check in times. The free CP near the Museu de la Ciutedella de Roses, circa ten minutes on foot, was used. The rooms had no coffee making facilities which was not an issue as we managed to get free coffee from the restaurant on the first floor in the mornings. When returning to Roses, we will look up this Hotel again.

My Worst Hotel Experience
We didn’t meet anyone from the staff that I would consider nice or service-minded. The walls and windows let through even the faintest sound, and we lived under a couple that were insanely loud, we couldn’t sleep until 4am and despite calling the reception they didn’t so much as call them. The rooms were clean, but it looked like they haven’t been renovated in a very long time and I’ve never seen a smaller tv.

We had a partial ocean view and it was wonderful! Check-in was tricky since there's no easy parking nearby but the front desk helped us find their off-site parking garage and promptly checked us in. The room was a little dusty (desk, coffee table, etc) and the walls thin. But it was comfortable enough and in a wonderful location.

We had a seafront room so the view was amazing. Stayed during covid so couldn't thoroughly enjoy the town like it should be, but a quick walk through the gorgeous cobbled old streets made it look very interesting.

We only spent one night here. The hotel has the basics and was clean. We had a nice view of the beach from our balcony and the staff was friendly. The bed was two twins pushed together and the bathroom could use some updates. We had to pay for overnight parking, but the area seemed safe and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

We only stayed one full night at this hotel and the location was perfect for sea view, restaurants, and site seeing. Staff was good wit their English as our Spanish and French are poor, they had recommendations for us. We were pleased!

Great value for money
Great value for money. Under $AUD 150 for a family of 4, breakfast included. The only downside were the beds. Cheap mattress with a plastic cover. Not only sweaty but also made a crinkling noise.
