The room is showing wear and tear! The mattress had a huge sway on the right side, headboard looks like someone took a knife to it! Service was slow doing breakfast and you have to remind the waiter that you needed refills on your drinks. They had an event going on downstairs did not know all these events would be going on doing most of my stay. Hotel room was right above the room! Kids allowed to run free in the halls and loud in the rooms!! Not cool at 2:00 am...not worth the price and noise you put up with to stay there!!!!!

I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. The refrigerator was in the bedroom and not the living room. Coffee maker in livingroom. Weird. Livingroom tv would not work if bedroom tv was on. Bathroom was a disaster. Looked like a blind person touched up some of the caulking, but never properly cleaned it so black mold/fungus growing there. The grout was no longer around the tub tiles instead there was black mold where the grout should be. The wallpaper was hanging off the walls and the ceiling also had damaged tiles and more black mold. I was afraid to take a bath in that tub it was so disappointing…I usually like to stay in Hilton hotels but this one was just awful. No pictures on the walls a drop ceiling in dire need of a paint job… Bed was comfy though. Room service staff very nice, but totally off the mark on some of my meals. I doubt I will ever go back to that hotel. I feel totally betrayed by expedia AND Hilton. I also complained to Expedia while at the hotel, but never received a reply. You do not seem to really be concerned as long as you got my money. I took photos of it all, but like I said nobody has bothered to ask for them not expedia and NOT Hilton. I contacted Hilton, but they have yet to get back to me. I should have been offered some of my money back or SOMETHING for such a poor stay….

Enjoyable stay at the Roslyn tapestry hotel

I’ll start with the one negative. We were coming to the area for a dance competition and wanted to request an early checkin. I called one number for the hotel but it was only for reservation purposes. I was given a customer service number to call. The customer service requires your reservation number and I was driving so could not look it up. Without the reservation number, there is no option to reach the front desk and a live person. However, when we arrived at the hotel, the staff was accommodating to get us in a room early so we could prepare for the afternoon’s/evening’s competition. The staff is very friendly and provided recommendations for local dining. The room was clean and comfortable. The atmosphere is so much nicer than your average hotel chain. I especially enjoyed taking the time to sit and relax in front of the lit fireplace. Family members took advantage of the bar located on the lower level to unwind. I would definitely stay in this hotel again if ever visiting Roslyn again.
