Really loved having the apartment effect and cut down on buying food everyday. Really didn't care for the dogs since I'm not a dog lover. If I'd known they allowed dogs I would of cancelled my stay. Why can't the booking rates stay the same if you should have to extend no one is RICH.

The parking is limited and bird poop all over my vehicle the next morning. Kids running upstairs since 6 am both nights. Front desk unhelpful or possible lack of knowledge and lack of training.

Good stay!
The hotel was clean and spacious. There was a sign that warned people about parking under the trees and bird poop. I did park under a tree on the end, I only got some bird poop. The next 2 cars over were covered!! LOL... They did warn us. The elevator had a nice tiled floor with an alien! And they had aliens out front to go with the theme of the town. Well done. And we took advantage of the pool and hot tub as well. And food was very close!

Property is dated. Smelly in parts. First room AC did not work but staff was great and helped get us switched. Hotel needs a lot of reno. Very dated and not kept up. Our rooms carpet was very dirty feeling.

We opened a retail store in town one year ago. And as we moved to town we and business associates stayed at the Baymont many different times. Property is nice, staff had been friendly, affordable pricing. It was our GO TO hotel in town when it was needed. This past weekend we had business associates in town, five of them and I booked them multiple rooms. I booked the rooms on a third party sight and received confirmation of the booking. When I arrived with the group at 8:45 PM on a Friday night, I was refused the rooms and not given a refund BECAUSE BAYMONT policy, at least in Roswell, is you cannot book a room for the night if you have a local address. Yes I live here and my license reflects that. My ID and credit card had to match. So my guests and I were turned away into the streets with no refund!!! The lady at the counter wouldn’t allow us to use someone else’s ID or to book the room a different way. Flat refused us service! It was difficult to find rooms for my guests after that on short notice on a Friday night. What a nightmare scenario. What a horrible policy, what if my family had an emergency or tragedy that forced us to not be able to sleep at home? A fire or flood, violence in the home or something else? Guess what you aren’t welcome at the Baymont Roswell. A garbage company and I will never spend money with them again. Enjoy your stay.

This hotel was not what I expected to see. Totally different than the online pictures. Out side entrance was dirty. You could only go back in thru the front enterance. Elevator was dirty. Carpet in the room was dirty and stained. There were receipts in the drawer since June. Top of toilet lid was dirty.

Good location, overall decent value for money. My room wasn't very clean though. The carpet looked really old, my main complaint though is that there was a lot of hair on the walls in the shower from a previous guest.
