Choose A Different Hotel
The front desk clerk greeted us with a warning that the key system was down and we would be in trouble and fined if we don’t return the key to the front desk. The entire hotel smells musty. Overall appearance is grimy. When I arrived at my room the door was wide open and a fan was attempting to dry the carpet. The carpet did not fully dry and the musty odor was overwhelming all night. The HVAC was so loud it was impossible to use. Bathtub plug did not work. Hair was tangled around the shower rails. The windows don’t lock. Hot tub is broken. Ice machines are out of order. Sheets are stiff and scratchy. Pillows are like rocks. Horrible experience.

Our first room was unacceptable as it was dirty.... spit on the window shade and bathroom door, toothpaste all over the carpet, long black hairs on the bathroom floor. We were immediately moved to another room, no problem. All carpets in common areas, hallways and rooms needed a vacuum and a steam clean, absolutely filthy. (Or removed and renewed) The best part was the friendly staff, and the breakfast was decent. Our second room was clean, apart for the carpets.

Highly Recommend
I really loved my stay! Staff were friendly, rooms were clean except the restroom. The room they gave me is for people with disabilities which I do not have. The restroom smelled like urine. There's no way I would have showered in that stall. It clearly was set up for someone with a disability as it was a walk in shower which is fine, but the smell. If i was going to stay more than one night I would have asked for another room. I had already settled in before I went into the bathroom that had the door closed. Truly that is my ONLY complaint. I still would highly recommend. The breakfast was really good with lots of options!

The room was a good size for a king bed. But the door strike plate was missing a screw and sometimes it was hard to close, and the refrigerator was wobble.

Average Hotel Experience
Average hotel. I felt like the reviews made the hotel sound better than it was. Property did seem dated. Carpets were dirty. Breakfast had pretty standard offerings. The room was less than I hoped for. Connected room and we could hear the person next door watching tv. The bathroom had a loud vent fan.
