Our stay was during the flood in Roswell, NM. Manager Bryttini Bitner did an excellent job accommodating visitors while her own home was flooded and family evacuated. Amazing work ethic!

It is obvious that the ownership is not investing funds in the property to keep it in decent shape. They are bleeding the property and it shows. I will probably never stay there again after 20 years.

The location of the hotel was conveniently located in the middle of town. The room was dirty upon arrival. The sheets had several red stains on them and there were spider webs hanging from the sealing.

Rooms in need of upgrades. Cleanliness was not the best. Towels and bedding was not changed at all for the entire stay. Key cards did not work all the time. Not satisfied with the room considering the cost we paid

Upon arrival we were assigned out room. A/C was not operational. Assigned second room. Light in the bathroom was inoperable. One roll of toilet paper and no soap. Talk with Brandon, Desk Manager, explained the problem, he said the facility had no bar soap for the rooms. He said he would have additional roll of toilet paper and maintenance would repair the light. Came back from our business requirement and found the light had not been replaced and no toilet. Went to the desk and Brandon again was on duty, explained that nothing had been accomplished, he apologized and said it would be corrected. Came back from our business and once again nothing had been done as promised by Manager Brandon. Went to the desk again, a new person was in duty, explained the problem she immediately went and got me a roll of toilet paper, which Manager Brandon could have done and put in a repair order for the light. Left again for business to come back to the room and again the light had not been repaired. Went to the desk to get a replacement bulb to replace it myself, was told she had no access to the maintenance area. The breakfast meals were poor compared to previous visits. The sausage gravy was water down so bad, then the person in charged of the breakfast area and put a pint of cold cream in the gravy making it worse. The eggs were full of water and biscuits were soggy. The toaster did not work properly. Because of all this poor serice we will never again book this hotel. Customer service POOR

The staff amazing no complaints there it’s just they had smoke detectors keep going off at 4am and they still charge full price even tho their gym and pool was closed due to renovations wish I would have been told that before we booked not saying I change my plan but be nice to have options available to me or been compensating with something else but over all okay place to stay
