Last minute booking

Booked 2 rooms last minute. Price was good, staff was wonderful. One of the two rooms booked had an issue with the door and I was able to get a different room without issue. The new room had iffy bathtub hardware but it was suitable for our needs.

When I checked in I was given a room that was already occupied. Made me worry they would do the same to my room that I was changed to when I went out and the key would always get unprogrammed
