Check in was a disaster. We were made up wait til 3 for our room even though it was available earlier. At 255 a bus showed up filling the lobby with people trying to check in. Wec were told we had to wait because we weren't members. When we Informed them we were they said we still had to wait. I believe we were treated differently because we didn't book directly with them. The towels were cheap and scratchy. My sister-in-laws room smelled of mildew. They're at other good choices in town and we'll be taking our business elsewhere after this trip.

Rain coming in the window , bathtub so slick hard to move around in fear of falling. Toilet was running but maint fixed it. Tile and grout in bath room cracked and missing. Tile about to come off. Bad water pressure. Staff was nice. Moved me to another room. Water coming the window from the rain and leaking onto air conditioning wasnt a good experience.
