Don’t do it

No coffee anywhere to found! Lady at the front desk was rude and tried to overcharge us, I think she was trying to pocket the extra. Bed was uncomfortable.

The hotel was VERY CLEAN. Called the day before and was NOT told check-in time was 3PM, arrived about 130P and was told in an unprofessional manner I could get a room right away for $20 more. The 2nd person who checked us in at about 4P was AMAZING.

I have no idea why this place has so many good reviews. The motel is super old and run down. The rooms smell and the walls are paper-thin (you can hear every noise from outside and the rooms beside you). The staff were friendly but ill sum it up with - this place is cheaper for a very good reason.

Very nice and clean motel. Is an older motel and is very clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. The room I stayed in was at the front of the motel near the Main Street of Roswell. I could hear the noise of the traffic very well. It did slow down after 9pm. I’d this is going to bother you, you may want to ask for a room further from the street. The over all stay was excellent.

While it is obviously an older property, everything has been recently redone recently inside and out. And done nicely— not just a quickie paint job. Loved the amenities such as USB chargers built into the wall receptacles next to the bed. Great lighting. Very reasonable price.
