Good parking, a lovely staff member checked us in and the communal spaces were clean and quiet. Disabled access wise it was very good, the accessible room was wonderful and i had no issues as a full time manual wheelchair user. Plenty of space in lifts and for when moving around in the breakfast dining area too. The included breakfast was much more than we expected, in a good way. And we were able to refreeze our ice packs overnight upon asking if this was an option.

Booked this hotel as a part way kne night stopover. On arrival we were welcomed at reception by Chad who checked us in and gave us a comprehensive guide to everything in the hotel. Our bedroom was huge and very clean. We made our way to the restaurant and had a nice meal cooked for us by a young lady who I sadly didn't her name. We had a hood nights sleep followed by a real nice breakfast. Best of all was the price of £62 including breakfast. I would like to add that Chad was very informative, helpful and is a credit to thus hotel. We would certainly stay here again.
