Room was not clean on arrival, food not great, breakfast very average. En-suite was smelly, extractor fan not working. TV outdated and too small for room size. Carpets need replacing.

As soon as you walked into room it smelt like a sewer, which we found out came from the bathroom. Foot towel had long black hair on it. Toilet roll holder under flap full of black mould and shower trap covered in black mould. Tv remote didnt work. Reported to reception & about the sewer smell. To be told she will change the remote batteries and soray air freshener in bathroom.(not the answer we was expecting to get rid of sewer smell) which we had to breath in each time we used the bathroom. Making us gag. Breakfast nice variety but was not hot. The scrambled egg does not taste of eggs

I am giving 3 stars because the staff was friendly. I booked a double bed room, when I turned up there was only single bed rooms available. Internet was very poor, streaming was not possible without buffering. breakfast was poor, no decaf options, no cold water available. food was ok.

Was a very last min booking, bit out of the way & we didn't know the area at all. Staff helpful, shops & places for food nearby. Breakfast included, problem with coffee machine, staff stepped in & made coffee from the bar. Would return if in the area & needed a place to stop

Great Hotel.

Very friendly, yet professional staff, also very efficient, the room was exceptionally clean, in all areas and all the room facilities were excellent........there was an excellent choice for breakfast, catering for everyone, everything was fresh, the cooked food was hot and a great choice of drinks, hot and cold.......we didn't use the bar, but it looked very clean with a good range of drinks.......all in all a very enjoyable stay and we'll definitely be back, thank you.
