Fantastic accommodation. Esp for the price great room with well appointed ensuite and kitchenette. Comfy bed and fluffy towels. Quiet lication. The staffmemver in re eption couldnt have been more helpful. When we got there we had been upgraded to a spa suite! Unbelievable quality

The room was suitable for 2 people and the price was good. A few things though that we were not impressed with included: 2 bath towels only, 4 would be better Only 1 face cloth,1 shampoo,1 small bath gel. Also, a couple of extra knives,, forks, spoons, cups and plates would be better so we were not having to constantly clean the 2 of each of these that were provided. Other than these problems, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again especially if the issues cited were rectified.

Huge super-comfy recliner chairs.

We have stayed at several BKs around NZ so thought we'd try the Rotorua one. Friendly welcome, and the room had a lovely comfortable bed, two huge super-comfy recliner chairs, and a dining table and chairs. I had requested a walk-in shower (as shown in pictures on Hotels.com) but apparently there is only shower over spa bath or an accessible unit. A lovely motel in a good location to walk to shopping centre, supermarkets, or into town, but it is getting a little tired. In saying that, we'll probably stay here again.

The manager Joti was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Exceptionally flexible with our plans. Stressless experience. Some cosmetic updating could be made. Clean and tidy with all resources available.

Upon arrival our room was still being made up, got the key from reception and went up the stairs, had the neighbours smoking ciggys right outside our door on our little outdoor table, so our room pretty much stunk. Both the towel hanfing hook and toilet roll holder had rust stains running down the wall. Not much ventilation in bathroom either than having the window open slightly so would steam up and drip in bathroom. Mould on the roof in bathroom, bathroom sink broken, a wall powerpoint socket was hanging off by the kitchen, dining room chairs old and stained to sit on for breakfast, for nearly 300 a night I wouldnt recommend staying here, rooms need a makeover and the carpet needs a good carpet wash. Only positives about staying here was the free milk and coffee and beds were alright to sleep in comfort wise.
